Terrible
The fridge was delivered with a dented door which CAS is replacing.I also noticed a small dent on freezer door which Ihave yet to deal with them on Then the water line was not hooked up properly resulting in water running under the wood floors which now need to be replaced. CAS sales were good but the delivery team was terrible.

Worst delivery experience
The sales representative, Nader did an excellent job- very professional and knowledgeable.However we have a very poor experience with the delivery time. The scheduled window was 2:30-5:30pm arrive 8pm without properly informing us that they will be late and they kept giving us inaccurate updates about their arrival time.

Tony Emamyar was great at helping us…
Tony Emamyar was great at helping us decide on appliances that fit our needs. Delivery was on time and efficient. Unfortunately, drivers choose to remove the laundry closet doors and then weren't able to replace them so they now sit on my floor waiting for a repair person to help.

Cusotmer Service... is there any?
Once I bought a Fridge and Dishwasher and having found that the fridge did not contain the parts to change the side the doors opened to, they were not at all helpful. They eventually put me in touch with the representatives of the Fridge company who were just as unhelpful.
The treatment was: you bought it, you own it. No one to help or even show any interest of doing so, just kicking the can to other phone numbers in the company, needless to say, unhelpful.

When purchasing a large and bulky item it is important prior to taking receipt of the item you review the specs and make sure the item meets all your needs. Wether it is size requirements, abiltiy to fit in your home, special features ie water line, or in your case change the door swing. Great service and best pricing!
I ordered my new appliances on Thursday evening and got them delivered on Saturday! The pricing was much better than anywhere else in town, communication was very through with all receipts and warranties emailed to me as well as live tracking on the delivery truck. I will definitely buy from them again.
