What made my experience great were the two representatives involved in my order: Akashdeep Verna and Julio Gianfrancesco. Both were very helpful and fair. The rest of my experience, including my dealings with the so-called "Concern Department" (Ext. 289), was much less pleasant.

Great experience. They matched the price to Rona in our satisfaction. Also helped searching and compairing prices in other appliances but finally matched the best for me. In the past, I have bought items from you. Inthe future I am looking for more with my kitchen renovation. The person who helped us is a very good employee and I will go to him again . I will recommend your store to anyone with no issues

We purchased our new refrigerator sight unseen. The service provided by Lovepreet on the site's chat service was excellent. Responses were quick and informative. Pricing was competitive and delivery was fast.

Follow through with salesperson Lovepreet and excellent delivery guys though 31/2 hrs late, I was kept up todate.

Buying the product wasn’t the problem … I paid for delievery and installation and removal but the delievery guys refused to instal and remove cu the pipe connection was not out even though my husband got it down right away infront of them. We got the refund back but it was a hassle as we had to install ourselves and and remove as well .. for one man to do that was difficult. It would have been nice had we had been told specifically to make sure the old unit was disconnected completely. Instead of just sending us email to read the instructions which we didn’t read till the end of email. Since we read the second email that said to make sure the path was clear to unit

Great service. My emails were answered fast. Service was good when I went to pick up the order.

I don't think I've had a worse experience purchasing an appliance ever. A condition of purchase was that the CAS sales person assured me of a specific delivery date. We had a lot of food arriving and needed the freezer on time. Freezer delivery was delayed and ended up a week late. Then the worst of it - plug it in after the recommended wait time and the freezer doesn't work, at all! CAS then says I have to deal with the manufacturer's warranty process. Three weeks since purchasing a $1400 appliance there is now a service person coming to assess the freezer for Electrolux/Frigidaire. The assessment will determine if the unit will be replaced or repaired. "Will take a fair bit of time" the service person says. What kind of company is CAS? IMO CAS should just send another freezer immediately and remove the one that doesn't work - full stop. CAS should have to deal with the broken appliance. I would advise anyone avoid purchasing anything from CAS. From CAS' response I would say that it's stating the obvious that they have no control over delivery. My point was that the CAS salesperson is closing sales assuring me as the buyer that it would be delivered by a certain date (the condition of sale I referenced earlier) CAS sales people should not say to a potential buyer that they can assure delivery by a certain date.

Great price on fridge and stove. Delivery drivers were professional and did an excellent job!

Dryer exhaust vent installed in back instead of side and dryer not levelled, I will pay someone else to have these corrected. I was asked to sign the acceptance papers before the installation was completed so it was too late when the faults were detected and the installers insisted everything was fine.

Fast delivery and good price, much better than Home Depot

We liked the display on the floor where we could see many of our options. We discussed our choices with a salesman who, by the time we had made our choices, had been "let go". Luckily we received all our asks. The next day when we went to pick it up the warehouse
staff were very helpful to get our new fridge loaded.
