Derek Helmer was excellent to deal with. He definitely knows his stuff.
The delivery was scheduled for the next day. We were able to watch the truck deliveries before arrival. The two men who delivered the fridge and took away our previous fridge were excellent. They did not touch a thing on the wall walls or doors. It was an excellent experience overall. we liked the 2% discount for a credit card.

I found it interesting that when I arrived at the store it took awhile for someone to speak to me, even though it was morning and I was the only customer in the place. Not a big deal I realize, but I just got the impression no one wanted to be bothered to get up.

Worst experience.
The salesman was great.
The delivery was terrible. They said they said they would come on the Friday, got a call to say I lived too far and it was being pushed to the Saturday. The Saturday email said it would be there between 10:30 and 2:30...... they showed up at 6:45p. The Fridge had 3 big dents in it. The delivery drivers did not care. They asked if they could keep their muddy shoes on in the house! lol No. I called for an exchange or refund, every person you spoke to had something different to say. I gave up and asked for a refund (for a product I don't have) and they said it would take 5 to 7 business days. I will never use this company again.

Derek was fantastic
Derek was fantastic. One of the delivery guys was nasty couldn't even close the door behind him. Told them I wanted to see dishwasher before they left and he says you have 48 hrs. I had installer coming in 48 hrs not going to work. That's when he left and didn't close door behind him. Other delivery guy stayed and waited for me to inspect appliance and I signed off for him.

Review on Delivery vs Shopping Experience
I’ll separate my experience in 2 sections, the shopping and the delivery.
For the shopping experience, I have no complaints. Ahmed was very professional, not pushy, and had the patience to walk me over all the different available products (more than once, so deep appreciation on this).
The delivery was different, I totally understand there was a storm but there was not a notification to let us know how delayed the delivery would be (this creates havoc when you have limited availability). We noticed after they left some damage done to our hardwood floor, as well as scratches to the appliances. They did not have the right length on the duct to finish the installation of the dryer so we had to do that ourselves. Again, not huge deal breakers when choosing to shop at CAS but you truly have to pay attention to the delivery while it’s in progress.

We were able to complete the…
We were able to complete the transaction with one short visit to the showroom. Salesman did everything in a professional way. Delivery service and installation was completed as promised. It may be worthwhile for you to note that our first use of the dryer set off the fire alarm in our condo - perhaps because the exhaust fan in our laundry room was not turned on. However, subsequent uses have been without incident.
