Delivery delayed due to damage
I was very happy with the salesman as he was very knowledgeable and efficient. The delivery of the washer and dryer arrived this morning but the dryer had to be brought back since there was a massive dent on the front. I messaged your office and spoke to a representative that said we might be able to deliver it on Saturday but there’s no guarantees. She said you had the dryer in stock but the delivery can only be done on Tuesday or Saturday. We purchased the appliance with your company because they were ready for delivery in a few days but now I have to wait another week because the item was damaged? You took my old appliances away so now I have no way to wash my clothes and I’m going on vacation this Saturday

It's your problem now. Deal with it yourself.
Their coordination with their third party for delivery and installation is your classic case of left hand not talking to right hand. I'd get a booking for installation but the dishwasher is not even being ready for pickup. They don't even call to tell me any change of plans. This happened multiple times including the technician arriving at the warehouse for pickup, only to find out the warehouse is not opened on Mondays. Now that it's installed, the dishwasher is a lemon. It's not draining. They told me to call CAS to schedule a technician. I contact CAS' urgent email, no response. Call them and I'm on hold for a while. Reached them only for them to tell me to contact a Frigidaire technician myself. So in conclusion, this took too long to install and now they're leaving it as my problem.
*Update*
I was sent in circles and went back to CAS for help. CAS pointed me to their installers. Their installers sent me back to CAS. No one would take any accountability or try to help. I had a separate technician take a look. The problem was an installation problem, and it was nothing complicated. The installers did not take out the plug before installing the dishwasher. Instead, their troubleshooting resulted in water leaking to my basement. Such incompetence.

Please note, CAS receives all of the products we sell directly from the manufacturer, in their original packaging. CAS does not sell refurbished appliances. As such, we have no way of knowing if an appliance is defective. This is why our manufacturers will stand in and address as they hold the warranty.
We do recommend customer to contact manufacture directly to expedite the service dispatch process.

Delivery was an absolute nightmare. They left the washer and dryer in my garage three floors down after paying for white glove delivery to put it in the proper location. Lazy delivery personnel said it would not fit but I managed to get it there with my broken hand and my 67 year old father in law. I would not recommend this company to anyone in the future. Complete scam when it comes to delivery. It was a nightmare. 0 out of 10.

As per our records, the delivery team left the appliance in place as they required more personnel to take the unit to the desired location.
Please note, it's part of our delivery company's White Glove service to keep your appliance safe and damage-free when delivering inside your home.
This includes keeping your property free from possible damage also.
It's our team's responsibility to make certain judgements if they think an appliance will (not fit/unsafe to delivery etc)
In a very small percentage of cases, there can sometimes be a disconnect between our sales team and our delivery company.
As such, some information may not be relayed correctly.
Unfortunately, in this case, our delivery company was not informed that you resided in a townhouse and that your laundry center would need to go to the third floor.
