Didn't want to deliver when scheduled
Didn't want to deliver when scheduled, fought to get it delivered and someone removed the kick plate. We ( the truck driver and myself) couldn't get it back on. The store gave me some number that didnt understand the problem. Now waiting.

Terrible customer service
We purchased a washer, dryer and two pedestals. When we purchased them, I asked when they delivered if they would install them on the pedestal and he said yes. The sales individual didn't add it to the invoice, so they didn't install them when they were delivered. I called customer service and spoke to Ben. He was rude and implied I was lying. Ben was horrible to deal with and should not be in customer service. I called the delivery company, and they said the salesperson made an error. They could schedule another call a few days later to set it up.

The Samsung fridge sold as in working…
The Samsung fridge sold as in working condition actually has a faulty display.
CAS couldn’t care less, sent me to Samsung (warranty). Samsung said they will send someone. 5 days later - not a sound…
This was a bad decision on my part to save $100 buying from CAS. Lesson learned.😬

Good inventory, good service, and fast delivery
CAS had inventory available that was not available at other stores, and so we were able to get the model we wanted in a short time frame. The customer agent was friendly and efficient, and a phone call I made to customer support about the installer went very well. This is a well run company.
