I purchased a Samsung Range using the website and after it was delivered I realized that it was very difficult to operate. We were able to exchange it with the help of a wonderful customer service representative named Sapna. She was very understanding and able to help reduce the restocking fee considerably. “Thank you Sapna” We purchased another range a GE Profile and are very pleased with it.

I specifically inquired before purchase about delivery over my disabled child's stair lift. I was assured 4 people would come to accommodate. Only 2 came. Unable to deliver.

Delivery shows up late and missing parts for the install. They then call their dispatcher who proceeds to give me shit for not being “nice” enough to the driver which is odd as all I said was “you’re late, you don’t have the right pieces, take it back”. This is after the driver told me that at 8 am they couldn’t find the right install kit and couldn’t be bothered to tell me until they showed up at 1:50 pm. The original delivery window was 10:30 am to 1:30 pm. I expect service, not excuses and a lecture.

I received a new washing machine. I ran a cycle once and the machine is leaking water all over the floor. Called for an immediate replacement as it was just delivered. They would not replace. Multiple phone calls to CAS, need to have Electrolux review first. Then Electrolux states a technician needs to assess. Then sent to a 3rd party technician who will only complete a service call on Wednesdays. I have to wait another week for assessment. The service place stated they never received a work order. I had to call CAS who said call Electrolux. Called Electrolux they called the 3rd party who suddenly said they have a service request. Then Electrolux said call the 3rd party to set up a service date. It will be 17 days since purchase and I have no working washing machine. I will not be purchasing again from CAS.

Salesman Eduard greeted me in the store, answered my questions, and arranged for me to have next day delivery of the washer/dryer I wanted.
My only concern was that the delivery time was changed overnight and then twice that day (and, then even later) which meant that I was "stuck" at home for several needless hours. However, the unit did finally come on the promised day and the gentlemen who brought it in were polite and efficient in getting everything installed.

Recently purchased a LG refrigerator from CAS, our salesman Saqib showed us a few models before we decided and he was a pleasure to deal with. When the fridge was delivered it was noticed the sides had been marked up during shipping. Cosmetic only but still it was irritating. I was put in touch with a customer service representative Yoven and we negotiated a discount which we were very happy with. This is our second purchase thru CAS and as before it was excellent!!

The Customer service Rep, Aisha ,called to inform us our microwave had been sent to their depot and needed to set up a pick up date.
Aisha was very pleasant!

My gorgeous new fridge arrived, after plugging in the doors beeped 10 beeps every 2 minutes for days. I was pretty sure it was an issue with doors being out of alignment.
I called service - I was told to to return the fridge in its original box for a refund…(the box was taken by the delivery company). I asked repeatedly for a service call instead. NO, that’s an over reaction to a probably simple fix!
I called Samsung after 3 hours on the phone they agreed to send a service person.
A week later a serviceman arrived - took 20 minutes to re-align the doors. They could not tell me if they were sent by CAS or Samsung. But the problem is resolved now -

My hardwood stairs were damaged during the moving in of a washer & dryer. I submitted a claim on August 24. I got an email promising a contact within 3 - 5 days. It is now September 18 and I still have no response. Apparently there is no accountability for damage done by delivery people contracted by Canadain Appiance Source.

I would like to express my gratitude to the customer support team member Sid. He is the only one who made my experience with Canadian Appliances somewhat positive. I got impression that other team members have never bothered to read my emails and look into my concerns.

The Gentle men who delivered my fridge were exceptional. They knew exactly what they were doing and acted in a very professional and friendly manner. I highly recommend that you keep using them.

Ivonna is so knowledgeable in the different appliances we were looking at - I am so grateful to have had her help us choose our washer and dryer. I loved that the show room gave us a variety to look at.
