Canadian Appliance Source - Brampton Arvostelua 

I purchased a kitchenaid gas range from CAS and my contact was Francis Pakianthan. He was very helpful and knowledgeable.
The range was delivered on time and as promised. The only negative comment is that once the purchase is made and delivered there is no follow up by CAS. It is as if you are just a number.

Arwyn Bheekhoo was very helpful in supplying me with a copy of my invoice, which a need to complete a request from Bosch. Arwiyn was very pleasant and efficient. It was a pleasure.

Extremely Disappointed with Canadian Appliances

I purchased multiple appliances from Canadian Appliances three years ago, including a washer, dryer, and a pedestal. The pedestal was delivered incomplete, and for three years, we’ve been struggling to resolve this issue despite paying in full over two years ago. Their service team has visited twice, and they've attempted to ship replacement parts, but nothing works. The pedestal remains unusable, taking up space and adding to our frustration.

Their after-sales service is atrocious, with no accountability from the sales manager or support team. Once they’ve made the sale, they stop caring about the customer. Based on this experience, I strongly advise against purchasing anything from this company.

Thank you for your response. However, I am extremely disappointed that this issue is still unresolved after more than two years.

Your After-Sales Team has been "in touch" with me for this entire period, yet no concrete action has been taken. On November 12, 2024, after discussions between your After-Sales Team and the installation team regarding the missing parts, I was promised a complete replacement of the appliance. Despite my continuous follow-ups, instead of resolving the issue, I was repeatedly asked to provide pictures and contact details—information that should have already been documented in your records.

It is frustrating to see that a single service request has remained open and unresolved for two years. Should any customer have to wait this long for a simple replacement? I expect a definitive resolution and a firm commitment on when the full replacement will be provided and installed.

Please escalate this matter immediately and provide a concrete update on when I can expect the promised resolution.

Canadian Appliance Source had what I wanted in stock so I was able to pick it up from the warehouse right after ordering. I didn't have to deal with shipping or the related delays. The warehouse staff were great to deal with, too.

There was some confusion on date of delivery and also one messages said there was a small amount to still be paid where as I thought the bill was completely paid.
Your representative Vidya cleared up both items quickly and confirmed the delivery date. She was very helpful.Thank you

Store was clean. Sales person was polite. Gave a discount in the fridge. Fridge was able to be delivered next day. Wish I could have picked the time window when the fridge was delivered. Could only pick the day.

If I had to rate the sales department and pricing of appliances I would give them 5 stars. The salesperson we worked with was knowledgeable and was able to offer great deals.
If I had to rate our delivery experience I would give it a 1 star. It was one of the worst experiences I had with any delivery every.
I do have to say that after much back and forth it was resolved to our satisfaction so this is why I have settled in the middle with a 3 star rating.

While the sales reps are eager to sell you everything you want, at a relatively good price....their customer service is TERRIBLE!
We ordered all appliances for our new home (fridge, stove, dishwasher, hood vent, washer, dryer), everything was delivered in a timely manner and no visible damage to the boxes. Since our home wasn't completed we kept everything safely in the boxes until they were ready to be installed ( about 5 weeks). Upon installing the dishwasher we discovered it wasn't working and needs service - we didn't even get to run it once.
What's worse, peeling off the protective coating from the refrigerator door revealed quite a large dent in the door and two in the freezer door! What will CAS do to fix this? Absolutely NOTHING.
We are appalled at their absolute disregard for their customers.
Will we ever buy from them again, not a chance!
Would I ever recommend them, no way.
CAS we're extremely disappointed and hope in the future you do better.
I guess the rest of the reviews, that say their customer service sucks, were right.
Save yourself the headache.

I bought two items they said were in stock that weren’t. They scheduled delivery without having the items in stock.

I was looking for a new dishwasher and on the web it said, that the salesperson would have a better deal than shown on the website.
One salesman told me he could take 7 $ off, but I didn’t buy right away. When I called the following week, another salesperson told me, that he could not reduce the price at all, but I would have two years of warranty for free. I did not care about the extended warranty, but had no choice.
Delivery was 90 $, so we decided to drive to Hamilton to pick it up. The warehouse was impossible to find! As I heard later, that happens to many people. There should be more detailed description on the bill, where to find the warehouse in Hamilton. I had to call and the girl wanted to go through the whole procedure (name, phone order number, etc) instead of helping me to find the warehouse. I was so frustrated that I almost because vulgar and insulting!
We found it with the help of the salesman we called later. Then we looked at the bill and we saw that the price of the dishwasher was different from what we had paid, because they separated the dishwasher price from the warranty, which we didn’t want. I called he salesman again and he explained that that was the way it is and we cannot buy the dishwasher without the warranty, but we had gotten the second year for free. It was not explained on the bill like that!!!
Very unhappy and totally frustrated with the whole situation, but happy with the dishwasher so far.

My company has been purchasing appliances with CAS for many years. However, this time around we had a very frustrating experience with Rosie Rao from the Brampton location.

Not only was she rude and provided misleading information she refused to listen and provide zero solution towards the issue.

Will no longer be doing business.
