The lens I purchased was in fantastic condition though it was heavily used. It offered amazing value for money especially for those who are beginners. Thank you 😊

Ordered on 30th December. Received a couple of days later.
Problem reported on the 8th January.

Purchased a canon 500f4 lens and on close inspection the focus was out, so returned for a service as lens was a great price and I needed it for a job, only problem is after a month of hearing nothing after they said they had received it, it was "lost" sending it to there service department! How on earth you just loose a 5 kilo lens in a massive case I've no idea, so it really made a mess of my plans due to very poor communication.

Just ordered a Nikon D800 after a lot of research and price comparing. I'm delighted with the speed of delivery and the camera itself which was classed as very good condition but it's closer to mint condition I would say.
I will be back shortly for some top end lenses.

Ordered my lens on Sunday evening, was using it the next day. Awesome delivery speed from DHL. Item as described, and well packaged.

Good advise and prices, only 4 stars on this occasion due to wrong lens for my camera being sent. The replacement was dealt with quickly, but not the Sigma one l had wanted first but a Tamron. Does the job but little disappointed.

Lens arrived before the estimated delivery date and was in great shape. The great price allowed us to give my son a lens which was well above our abilities if we were to buy it new.

I bought a Nikon D750 body only at Mint Condition. Was in perfect condition, and I've now used it more than its previous owner after a month. Great quality of service too. Next day delivery and though it didn't initially come with a new battery, one was sent out next day delivery. Brand new, premium brand battery as well.

The Camera was as described and was delivered very quick, a nice condition Canon and good price

I am now 9 working days into waiting for Bacs payment for an accepted quote for a Panasonic lens, this process in its self was fraught with errors which I put down to Covid working from home issues. However, just how long does it take to do a Bacs payment. It seem Camera jungle are happy to keep an expensive lens but less happy to pay for it. Never again will I deal with this company.

I've bought numerous bits of kit from Camera Jungle and their descriptions have been spot on. I've also pointed my clients to the site, and they have been pleased too. The warranty is great too.

In comparison, prices between Camera Jungle and their big online competitors always seem the same and sometimes maybe a little inflated on a few items. You can get cheaper kit by online auction, but you don't know if what you are buying on eBay are fenced goods. With Camera Jungle and the other big retailers, you know cameras are genuine and the security of the warranty is worth every extra penny.

Customer service is spot on too.

The camera that I purchased was better than I expected, I ordered on a Saturday evening and the goods arrived the Monday morning after. Great value and service. I have purchased two cameras and I have complete confidence in Camera Jungle.

I have purchased from camera jungle in the past and it was all very good, however this time I was selling to them, nowhere does it state when you sell that they take 48hrs to examine the items before agreeing a price, once those 48hrs passed a price was agreed then I'm told it will take 10 working days for the payment to be made so all in all they had my property for 17 days before payment was made, very disappointing and the condescending emails sent by customer services are enough to drive you mad, DON'T SELL TO THEM!

On the website Camera Jungle are clear that items ordered before 8 pm will be dispatched the same day, delivered the next day.

After ordering a parcel at 7 pm on a Thursday, expecting delivery on Friday, the email confirmation announced that orders would only be dispatched the same day if the order is placed before 12 pm. So it was dispatched on Friday, so delivery delayed 3 days to Monday.

The carrier then told me that they could not deliver on Monday, so no sooner than Tuesday.

So a lens that was promised on Friday won't arrive for a further four days. Very poor show CameraJungle.
