Refractique Arvostelua 

Put in my order , was promised a delivery date of 02/06/26 . Still not received my goods . Have messaged company twice , still no replies . Won’t order of these again because there is no excuse for not getting back to a customer.

Terrible, placed my order and 5 days later no updates regardless of emails or contact forms used, like previous review ended up getting refund through PayPal.

Do not buy from this company. I had no communication from them and received no item. I have since looked them up and it says company was put into forced closure.

1 star because I can’t give zero.
Item never sent. No response from seller to any correspondence. Have asked for trust pilot review and rating of a product I never received. Fortunately I paid with PayPal and have received a full refund. Avoid any kind of dealing with this company.

Great item, arrived quickly.

As a painter, I look for inspiration wherever I can and I loved the idea of using the glass sphere to see the world differently and find new ideas for creating art! The product arrived promptly and well packaged. Really good value for money. I can't wait to try it out!

Was a little disappointed at first as my original order was damaged in transit but was soon sorted and a replacement arrived within 3 days.

The delivery company did not deliver item first time. Refractique apologised and resent straight away. Very pleased with item.

It's a present so don't know what it's like to use but it arrived very quickly. When I phoned to find out about the packaging the man I spoke to was very helpful.
