I had items missing from my order and still waiting for a reply as to whether I will get the missing items. Items have been paid for!

I have contacted you twice and received…

I have contacted you twice and received confirmation emails stating that my delivery address would be changed. Despite this, the package was still sent to the wrong address in London, while I live in Chesterfield.

If you had informed me that the address change could not be accommodated, I would have canceled the order. Timely delivery is crucial to me, and this situation is very disappointing. I placed the order and contacted you immediately to correct the address before dispatch, only to find out two days later that it was sent to my London address.

From ordering it took 10 days to…

From ordering it took 10 days to deliver my order, I used to get them within a couple of days. One item in my order was not available and the money added to my account, but it would be more useful to know the item was not available and be given the chance to have an alternative. I will now have to pay postage again to buy one item to replace the missing one.

I have found my experience with buying online from Cake Stuff very rewarding, they have all the things that I might be needing for my baking and cake making.
All the items received so far have met with my expectations with no problems at all.
