Cairds Arvostelua

Cairds provided a great service for our recent move. We dealt with Oscar who was friendly, professional and went above and beyond to make sure the process went through to completion. Overall, we are very happy and appreciative of the service.

Excellent service from Christian Pickett.

Cairds were outstanding in selling our house, first with Gary and colleagues attracting the right type of potential buyers leading to a confirmed sale within weeks. Lorraine did a great job keeping all parties motivated through what seemed a long process to reach completion! Many thanks and congratulations!

Great experience selling our property in Epsom through Cairds. The whole team were professional, helpful, approachable, but Luke (Levy) was the guy that got us across the line... and the house into the hands of a young couple. Great stuff. Would use again.

Our experience with Cairds, and particularly Oscar was a great one. Oscar was very helpful, flexible with viewings, and always available when we needed guidance.

Oscar and Cairds were refreshingly open-minded to us using a Bitcoin sale as our deposit. They struck the right balance between being receptive to our situation and making sure everything was handled properly within legal frameworks.

We would be glad to work with Oscar and Cairds in the future.

Christian has been dealing with my rental. He is a true professional. And it has been a delight to have been dealing with him and Cairds.

I am very happy that Oscar was dealing with the sale of my property as he has always tried to get the best possible deal keeping us informed at all times of the progress, giving us advice on how to best present the property to the prospective buyers and suggest improvements. Very friendly, respectfull and never "pushy". Highly recommended
Thank you Oscar
Carmen

Cairds is unresponsive and provide and unsatisfactory service. One instance we just need Cairds to contact the tenant and arrange access so that fire door works can be carried out. It's been 20 days and they still haven't contacted the tenant. Their office is a 5min walk to the rental property, Cairds could even walk over and speak to the tenant.

I found Cairds to be a very lovely estate agency to deal with. In particular Oscar and Donna were incredibly helpful, kind and honest and I highly recommend them.

Open and transparent, not pushy and very honest in his appraisals, comments and advice. Will definitely use his skills again.

Luke was superb all the way through the process for us. Highly recommend for your move!!

there are many things that we weren’t notified of for example gas and electricity is on topups we werent told that gas randomly stops working just bcs theres no credit the paint job isn’t impressive at all plus water randomly stops working aswell there are many more things but it will get too long

Customer service is best.
Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Thank you for all the help, especially Luke for taking us through the process of buying and chasing people when we needed it. The quick replies and constant communication has taken a lot of the stress out of the process so thank you.

I lived in a rental property managed by Cairds and they were always responsive. Shout out to Sathees Arul who was great.

Luke at Cairds Epsom branch has been fantastic, we have been in touch a long time and Luke’s support and helping finding our dream home in Epsom, has been second to none. Can’t thank Luke and the team enough.

Buying our new home with Gavin from the Ashtead branch was such a positive experience. He was friendly, professional, and always quick to respond, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. We really appreciated his honest advice and genuine care in helping me find the right place. Couldn’t have asked for a better agent — thank you, Gavin!

I can’t thank enough my estate agent, Gavin Newton, who helped with the process of selling my property and buying a new one, through the Cairds Ashtead branch. I honestly don’t think this sale would have completed without Gavin’s diligence and professionalism. He followed up closely, through every step, he chased people for me when I was busy with work, in short he ensure this business was going to be a success. Absolutely amazing service, could not fault it. My property also sold very quickly, which was nothing short of a miracle given the current weak market. Thank you!

We recently rented out our property through Cairds and cannot recommend them highly enough.
From start to finish, Christian Pickett handled every aspect with outstanding efficiency, professionalism, and friendliness, making the entire process seamless.
This is our third time using Cairds for rentals as landlords over the past 10 years, and they continue to deliver exceptional service on every level.

I recently purchased a property via Cairds in Epsom and dealt with Oscar Lythgoe and I am pleased I did! Oscar was very professional and responded quickly to any questions I had throughout the process. He made the process less stressful than I expected it to be and would not hesitate to recommend him/Cairds.
