Caesarstone US Arvostelua

Fast delivery of samples.
Good products

The company has a product line with variety. The sample selection is not representative of the image on the website. I received Concrete Cloud and almost purchased it because the large white clouds were nowhere to be found in the sample received. Product line needs to reflect more organic and non-polished surfaces. Only when I went to a friend's house did I see their countertop, which was organic did I consider ordering the sample, which looked much darker on the website. The sample arrived and I will be ordering Fresh Concrete, which looks totally different on the website.

PS Recently read an article in People magazine about Silica causing damage to workers lungs. This is concerning. Will probably look into Granite as well.

We are so appreciative to be able to receive samples to view in our home in different light conditions and with different tiles.

Shipped Fast. Nice Samples

Easy to order, fast delivery. Packed well so nothing was cracked or broken.

Thank you so very much for the gifted countertop samples. It helps with visual and physical feel of them. Grateful.
Delivery was quick, and tiles were stylishly secured.
Thank you for this excellent experience.
Pricing would have helped.
Thank you again 🙏

I only received 3 samples out of four and it took a bit to much time for me to arrived

Amazing counter tops to pick from website is amazing and easy to understand, the samples are great size and my clients have loved being able to see the sample before purchasing.

Fast delivery of my samples. Thx

I ordered four samples, paid $30.00. Never heard from caesarstone even after emailing them about the order. Received two countertop samples, never received the other two. Shipping was not 3 to 5 business days as stated, shipment confirmation was never sent. Poor customer service half an order shipped, paid shipping for full order at $30.00. Disappointed

Although the first 3 samples came with a duplicate, the second order came as ordered.
I wrote to you but got no response.

The samples arrived in record time and they are definitely a great size.

ordered and paid for 4 samples only got two in the shipment with two empty product sleeves included

SO easy to order samples and they arrived promptly. This service is AMAZING.

I loved that I could purchase a sample of the countertop that I purchased for my new kitchen. Now when I go shop for my backsplash I have a sample to match it with. You really should give suppliers that sell your products samples to give out. It would make making all our renovations decisions easier. Love my countertop!!♥️

I've been asked to provide a review of my experience with Caesarstone. I ordered some samples two weeks ago. They haven't shipped... but they want a review ??

OK... review: Not Good.

Edit: I emailed customer service but received an automated response: "The mailbox is full" HUH ??

I ordered the max of 4 samples for the $30 mailing fee and received only 1. My email to customer service is unanswered.
