Caesarstone US Arvostelua

I was hoping the samples were larger as i really can't tell the impact of the various patterns from the small size.

Quick response to my request for samples. Also good follow-up. The samples were sent and received within 3 days! Will be heading to see the large slabs and decide soon.

We ordered four "free" in-stock quartz samples on 5/26 and paid $30 for shipping. It's now 39 days later and we've received one sample. We've received zero order updates from Caesarstone US. It's also impossible to speak to anyone on the phone at Caesarstone US. You sit on hold for awhile and then they disconnect the call. The reason I'm writing this is because they repeatedly sent emails addressed to "Dear customer," wondering "how they did," prompting a review. So here it is. Go elsewhere.

I asked for my order to be cancelled and never heard back from them to cancel or refund.

Have not received samples yet, or had email asking if their whereabouts answered.

I paid $30.00 for 2 samples and never received them.

we still have not received many of the samples we ordered and its been 2- 3 weeks

We never received this order! It has been 14 days since the order was placed. Standard shipping is 3-5 days.

Thank you for sending samples so quickly and without additional costs. This made the process for me and my client much easier.

I only received three of the four I ordered

I received four samples to try out on my countertop. When we are ready, we will definitely go to Caesarstone.

One sample was missing. Never got shipping confirmation.

I ordered samples I have yet to receive. Ordered over 3 weeks ago

Order not received

Samples are so small and can not tell what the pattern is on a 2x5 piece

Showroom gives out big samples with great service. Lighting is very poor there though

I did not receive the correct order. I emailed customer service and left a voicemail and have never heard back. You cannot speak to anyone!
