Fast delivery. Product is okay however the metal of the extractor seems very flimsy compared to my previous, but this is the industry as a whole build cheap and cut cost which are passed onto the consumer which overall gives brand damage.

Average experience.
The delivery was on time, but using a parcel service that is very hard to work with, as they do not have a proper customer service (DX Delivery) and they expect always for someone to be there to receive the parcel.
The box came damaged and open, but luckily the product was OK.
The product is OK in general, not the quality I expected of the materials, but it works as promised.
Let's see if it lasts.

They are very good as long as you dont have a problem, if you do they are a nightmare to deal with although you will probably eventually get the faulty item you bought replaced or a refund but don't hold your breath

Prices not what you may see on the internet

Following my review below, this issue was positively resolved for me as the item I wanted to purchase was sold to me at the price listed on the Better Bathrooms website.
I am glad the my shopping experience was listened to and taken seriously, as a customer this is what shoppers expect.
To be a returning customer I need to feel that where I have an issue with goods or services the company will rectify the situation and in this instance it has and I appreciate that.

My own shopping experience initially seemed OK. On their website their prices looked great, so I decided I would purchase all the things I needef for my whole bathroom redec.
I did what I thought was due diligence and checked out their reviews. On the whole on the better side of mixed, so I ordered some taps late last night. However when I checked I observed that I had made an error in my order.
As is was after midnight I assumed I could rectify the issue at 09:00 and I would just need to pay the difference.
So the tap I really wanted and had been contemplating on for over 6 weeks was on their website listed as £39.97, great bargain...... Or so I was lead to believe. The tap I ordered by mistake was listed initially as £19.97 and today after my call miraculously/conveniently increased to £39.97. I was said all I needed to do was pay the increase amount, me thinking that would be £20.
It was a good job I checked their invoice as what was listed on their website was £39.97 then turned into £69.97.
The increase was not so much the issue but more to the fact that the price I saw it listed as last night and again this morning was not what I was being asked to pay.
The fact is these people are not selling prices as advertised and if you don't check what price you think you are getting may not be the case.
As I stated to the operative it's been the principle for me rather than the cost at this stage as I have found the same thing elsewhere for slightly more money - and I have checked thatthe company I am buying from is not a partner company or subsidiary as my hard earned cash will not go to a Company that does not honour their internet prices then gaslight me and tell me the price I saw last night and this morning has expired as the offer must have ended.
We have choices where our hard earned money goes..... I prefer an honest retailing group so I can and will take my money and spend it elsewhere, where things are clear and I don't feel like I am being gaslit and robbe
