Nice graphics, captivating, but very poor print and quality. A month for 4 t-shirts is definitely not the “fast shipping” we’re used to. And during this month really too much spam, almost an advertising mail a day. I think I’ll not buy again from this site.

Absolutely dreadful company. I echo everyone else's experience here. Their website trumpeted that all orders made before December 8th would arrive before Christmas. I placed my order at 4:38 pm on December 2nd and as of today, December 26th, my order status remains the same as it was at 4:39 pm on December 2nd--"Preparing order for shipment." These were supposed to be light-hearted stocking stuffers for Christmas. I don't have a need for a bunch of stupid @$$ T-shirts in January (or, more likely, February or March).

I have never had such horrible customer support.

Late fulfillment and they refused to cancel my order.

I ordered on the 30th and and followed up around December 10th when I hadn't seen a shipping email. I was told that orders can take up to 8 business days. I followed up again when that time has passed and was told that they were slow due to volume of orders.

I then told them to cancel my order because I knew it wouldn't arrive in time. They they sent me a copy and paste message about slow processing times. I asked again to cancel and same thing. And again. Finally the order shipped (about twenty days after I ordered), but too late to arrive in time and now they are telling me that I will have to pay a restocking fee and shipping for a return.

They also had the gall to suggest I print a picture of the shirt to wrap up for Christmas. All I wanted was to cancel the order and they stalled until it shipped and now of course refuse.

Busted Tees has been nothing but frustration and I will never order from them again.

Würde hier nicht nochmal bestellen. Der Service antwortet nicht, dafür werde ich aber täglich mit spam vollgemüllt. Versandt dauerte 7 Wochen und am Schluss musste ich auch noch Zollgebühren zahlen.

DO NOT ORDER from this horrible company. Haven't processed my order (4 weeks ago) and haven't reimbursed.

More than a month to deliver - really. You take my money, clog my email and retarget my socials like crazy people but can't deliver on what I've paid for.

What ever you do, don't buy a thing from this company. They suck...

Mijn eerste ervaring was positief. Dus mijn 2de en 3de bestelling volgde snel op elkaar.

Ik koos bij bestelling 2 en 3 dezelfde kleurcombinatie als ik bij mijn eerste bestelling deed.

Toen ik de bestellingen aankreeg, klopte van de kleuren niets.

Totaal andere kleuren. ( goed merkbaar als je net hetzelfde item bestelde)

Ik sprak hun hierop aan via email, deze werd een dag later mooi beantwoord met als reden. Andere grondstoffen door corona. ( stof van een pet? Lol!)

Zelf het merk was ineens anders.

Toen kreeg ik 3 opties.

Geld terug en verzending laten vallen.
Een tegoedbon.
Dezelfde items opnieuw laten verzenden.

Ik verkoos optie 2, een tegoedbon.

Echter nu al 2 maand aan het mailen zonder succes. Ze laten niks meer van zich horen. Uiteraard ook gene tegoedbon of niks.

Simpel gezegd.

Blijf hier weg. Firma's die 0.0 moeite doen bij de naverkoop mogen van mij allemaal failliet gaan. Liefst deze ook.

A éviter !! j'ai acheter 3 t-shirts il y a un an et depuis je reçois sans cesse des SMS de pubs. Je les ai contacté, aucun retour, impossible de les bloquer car ils changent de nuémro a chaque fois.

Avoid this company as they are a joke !!! There is a reason why they get such bad reviews ! I ordered some T shirts for Christmas presents on the 20th Nov and they are still in the printing phase !!! They told me that it could take over 6 weeks once it’s left the U.S but 10 days on it’s not even been printed yet. Who would order a T Shirt that could take over 3 MONTHS to arrive. It would have been easier and faster to print your own t shirts. Absolute scam.

I wish I have read the reviews before purchasing! I never received it btw.

Terrible customer service.
International delivery support is non existent.
They just keep with your money and do nothing.
If they would spend more in customer support and shipment services than in Instagram marketing, they would be doing better.

This is where I have to agree with the other reviewers, avoid this company like the plague. Ordered in July, nor delivery in September. They use UPS to deliver to Ireland and when I queried the delay in delivery I was told to wait 6 weeks, told that such a potential delay is stated on their website (it is not, unless buried in some page), that the use a cheap delivery option to keep costs down and that I should call my local Post office and or customs. After weeks of a "transferred to your local post office" status from UPS, UPS have confirmed that the delivery was returned to Busted Tees. Despite numerous emails to them since, they will not respond to me. This feels like a scam.

Appaling or rather non-existing customer service. Order a tee 2 months ago (I'm in Ireland) last UPS tracking on my parcel it was held in a depot in the USA (six weeks in the depot today)so has not shipped yet. Not answering my emails, have tried to contact on Twitter and am being ignored. Just looked at their ToS and am pretty much screwed. If this company traded inside the EU they would be closed down for breaking merchant/customer contract law. Do not deal with them. They just take your money.

Do NOT trust this company. If I could give them a zero star rating I would. Lousy customer service, as in no customer service at all. I've enquired 3 times via email/website as to the progress of my (now over a month old) order. Zero response. My conclusion is I've lost hard-earned money to this monkey outfit & out of pocket $90 NZD.

Order took months to arrive, and when it did arrive it was not the colour I ordered and paid for. Took 3 weeks to get any sort of response from them after notifying them of the issue and their solution was to give some credit towards something else on their site or send back the item at a large cost.
Do yourself a favour and avoid

Comment dire...? pour une première commande ça ne pouvait pas être pire :
- délais de livraison non respectés +18 jours par rapport au délai initial sans préavis
- certains visuels sont de qualité très très moyenne (pixellisés, flous, couleurs non fidèles à la pub) j'hésite à renvoyer car ils ne répondent jamais et je risque de me retrouver sans produit et sans refund
- multiples emails de relance au service client qui n'a JAMAIS répondu
- cerise sur le gâteau, au lieu de répondre à mes questions, ils m'envoient un email AUTOMATIQUE avec 20% sur la prochaine commande en échange d'un SELFIE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Le monde à l'envers. Plus jamais Busted Tees, c'est à la limite de l'arnaque. un vrai ABUS de confiance.

Terrible company. Extremely slow to ship, no reply when contacted. I used my middle name when I ordered and now I’m receiving spam text messages addressing me by that name. Be warned, do not give this company your time, information or money.

Stay away from this shop in Germany and Europe! Saw the advertisement and ordered something for a total of $ 150. The money was gone in no time, today - 3 months later - I'm still waiting for the shirts. The first time I got in touch with customer service, I got a nice answer, please be patient. Another 6 weeks, mind you. But: In the status of UPS, since the 7th or 8th day, it says my package would be "delivery by the local post office". Of course, my order number can no longer be traced in the shop itself. A second contact to customer service was never answered. The shop braces itself not to be responsible for it. Order, pay, get nothing in return? In Germany this is called criminal.

Impossibile contattare il servizio clienti. Due t-shirt ordinate il 2 maggio, al 21 giugno ancora non si sa dove siano finite. Fatto segnalazione tramite Paypal, al quale hanno risposto di portare pazienza per almeno 6 settimane per la spedizione. Peccato che ci sono cascato, così sono scaduti i termini per il reclamo e la pratica di rimborso su Paypal è scaduta.
Strozzatevi con i 70 dollari che mi avete rubato. Mai più

This used to be a great company, the shirts were quality. I don't know what happened but they're no longer good quality shirts. It's the roughest crappiest Gildan brand t-shirts. As someone with sensory issues who can't wear rough materials, I've just dropped over $100 on shirts I can't even wear. BUYER BEWARE, THIS IS GARBAGE.
