Be careful when changing anything on your order. Some changes will reset color choices and other parts of your order.
I changed the material that the shirt was made of and didn't notice that color had changed.

I should have looked for other people's reviews before ordering from Bustedtees.

If you're looking for good (decent) customer service and again decent (hanes type) quality of shirt, look elsewhere. They print on the low quality cotton material, no blends, fabric is rough and stiff. The print itself is fine but forget about getting a decent shirt you'll actually want to wear.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE MORONS! THEY WILL CONSTANTLY SEND YOU TEXT MSGS AT 2AM,3AM,5AM EVEU AFTER BLOCKING THEIR NUMBER 4 TIMES AND SENDING NUMEROUS MSGS!

Did not receive the shirts as ordered. Tracking showed in progress, nothing further. They did not accept responsibility or replace my order/refund. I actually ordered in September 2021 and have just had time to post reviews.

This is fraudulent activity indeed.
Do not order from this company.

I once gave them my phone number without completing the checkout and its 2 years they send me spam every day, with no option to opt out

BT are useless! I paid 70 USD for two tees incl. international shipment to Sweden (EU). They promised quick delivery but now, after 18 days since I placed my order, there's still no trace of my goods. Their so-called customer service is a hoax. They're now blaming UPS (their choice of delivery company) and the tracking link they sent me was invalid! By reading all the other poor reviews here I'm not very hopeful to ever receive my goods. STAY AWAY FROM BUSTED TEES! I'LL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!

I ordered a very cool shirt from bustedtees. I read the shipping information carefully as it was a gift. I ordered with four weeks to spare. It shipped on July 29, it's August 16 and it's still not here. My email and the site said 7-14 days from date of shipping, so I follow up. They tell me now it can take up to 6 weeks!! No where on the site does it say that, completely false information and advertising and their customer service people are rude and very unprofessional. Don't order if you actually want to receive your product and not wait over 2 months.

Stay away from this company, whilst they have cool ads and an easy checkout process their product quality is terrible, in addition they are aware of the issues and do nothing to inform you upfront.

They send out the items hoping you won’t complain and when you do they admit to the issue and give you unacceptable solutions.

I would use them to wash my car, but the car would probably get scratched.

What a joke.

These people are criminals. Don't fall for their "no hassle" return policy. They'll take your money and never reply to you again. They should all be in prison for their business practices.

My overall exprience with BT was horrible. As soon as you get on the website you are spammed with ads you have to close. I was in a rush to buy a gift and decided to purchase something anyway, and my email instantly got flooded with third-party .io emails. I contacted customer service to cancel the order but it was too late. To my surprise, the order actually came in and was decent quality which is why I give 2 stars but I would not purchase again due to the spam and risk of data sharing. I would purchase through another website if you can.

Nice images, horrid print quality and material. Image was obliterated after one washing. THE WORST customer service ever. They take weeks (not 24/7 as their site says) to reply. Then they say the item in question doesn't match their record. Send them a screen grab of the order which shows the item and you're met with radio silence. Never heard back again.

I ordered 3 busted tees online. The delivery was fast but I was not happy with what I received. The tees were over-sized, boxy and made of poor quality (stiff) materials. I elected to return my t-shirts. I had to pay $11 for return postage AND busted tees charged me a $5 restocking fee PER T-SHIRT! You can avoid the restocking fee if you accept store credit but I did not want credit to buy more crappy shirts.

Horrid material for the cost ($29.99 plus $8 shipping within the USA) Scratchy and cheap grade of Gildan . Very slow processing and shipping .No number to call a human and robotic customer service that sticks to script through email . Do not recommend .

Shipping took more than 3 months to arrive from US to Canada. No shipping information was provided, nor was it made available to me. The items I ordered took more than a month to process and ship. They don't provide shipping information internationally and overall the product was low quality. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered a shirt September and paid for it to be shipped internationally prior to Xmas. Item reported as shipped. First email I sent enquiring status got a response said that USPS abandoned shipping to Australia (untrue) then received email saying item was at post office for pickup. The tracking number supplied was false. Sent many emails requesting correct info to be told they’re unable track once it leaves USA. Many further requests for correct tracking number ignored. Four months on, I report to Paypal and suddenly they respond and offer credit. I declined as I have no faith in their supply of order.

Am waiting since 1 month and a week for my order to arrive. Can't cancel it anymore, no discount, just a 25% discount on future orders. I'll never order again, that's for sure.

The quality is fine, the service terrible. I ordered Mid-November for Xmas. Just got them 1/3. No notice, hard to get help, impossible to contact. They sent me a 25% off coupon for next order, no thanks

The only solace in finding these reviews at this point is that I know I’m not alone in this boat. Absolutely no response to my calls or emails. Order still shows as “preparing order” after already missing promise of receipt of order by Dec 24. Will never use this site again and plan to give them a full 30 days from order then dispute my payment via my pay pal. I’m just glad I decided to not share my credit card number with bustedTees as my trust level is at just about rock bottom.
