I have been using Business Class Club for many years for my international travel. I find Jaycob to be efficient, professional and prompt. There was a time that the driver did not pick me up and Jaycob promptly refunded me. This last booking there was an issue receiving the tickets to my email, Jaycob phoned me direct and he then emailed the airline booking reference and I was able to download direct to the app. Business Class Club offers great value without compromising service I will continue to be a customer.

Jaycob was very efficient in finding the flights I wanted & responded to my queries quickly.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

Jaycob Tendler will take your hard earned money and give you nothing!!!!
He owes me $13000 - has sent an email stating he wanted bank details to refund it - and NOTHING!!

He ignores ph calls and emails.

STAY AWAY- GO ELSEWHERE!!

I was hesitant at first but can’t recommend the service from Jaycob enough. I was left to find a flight out of Paris 24hours before departure and the team found me one which was $3500 AUD cheaper than anywhere else online.

You refunded $2200USD of the $4103USD I paid you and the reason I have no flight refund is because you ignored my many pleading emails asking for the flight to be cancelled and rescheduled. I will not use the credit thanks. I would never trust your company again nor would I ever pay you any more money.

It was great dealing with Jaycob when booking my flights. He is extremely knowledgeable on airlines and flights, very professional and always responded with out delay. He dealt with all my queries and my suggested options immediately providing the required information to select and book my flights without any issues.
I fly regularly and will soon be booking my next flights through Jacyvob.

When we contacted Leonard Cutler from Business Class Club he took the time to source the best flight that was a direct connection from Vancouver to Brisbane. He kept in contact with regular emails and we found his service to be helpful and informative.

Not going to purchase from this company after the reviews, luckily I had dodged a bullet. Fraud company beware

purchase tickets from this company from Singapore alines and we still didn't received our refund .
when spoke to Singapore alines they in formed me that they were bought with air miles by company and they would refund by air miles to them not customer I have lost £3801.45 with this company who don't even answer back to customer or sort it out.
I have reported them to the action fraud who are looking into this matter to customer don't purchase any tickets from this company.

Horrific and ongoing experience but sadly the attempts to confuse us failed after we had dialogue with British Airways about the $5740 of vouchers , captured that chat line conversation and brought in a third party to witness and participate in dialogue with BUSINESS CLASS Club . After all those emails , voice mails , texts it is CONFIRMED by BRITISH AIRWAYS that the travel vouchers are held by the booking agent and ( I believe ) are in the name of the booking agent and that agent is required to rebook and use on behalf of the client that paid for the cancelled ( covid ) trip ie my wife & I …Sadly the sales man at Business Class Club ‘ Jacob’ will not book the required flight with these held vouchers ……… now why could that really be ????? Then I read the trustpilot entries below !! ‘Jacob’ is now saying he feels al the chasing mails and calls have caused him to feel threatened and he won’t refund the $5740 vouchers his colleague Akeler so readily banked and confirmed in email or rebook with the vouchers ….. don’t you feel for the poor chap ?! Now should I ask my lawyer to engage a LA lawyer to serve notice ? What do you readers think

Beware of using. Paid $12500 for return tickets for 2 Australia to France.
Tickets were cancelled by Singapore Air the day before departure. Turns out the tickets sold to us were redemption award & as such prohibited by the Airline to be sold to another party.
Agreement subsequently reached with Business Class Club that they would provide replacement tickets for 2020 that were not redemption award, they have reneged on this agreement & in addition wanted another $4k in addition to the $12500 already paid for the cancellation.
Don’t trust them, they are dodgy & unethical.
