I've contacted a few Agencies and decided to go with Mustafa Travels. Sheraz has been my correspondence throughout my whole Umrah/Dubai process which started about eight months in advance. Me and my wife performed Umrah this month through Mustafa Travels, and Brother Rafay was our assigned agent. Overall, we are satisfied with the journey, though there are a few areas where the agency should improve to provide a better experience for future pilgrims.

Since this was a deeply spiritual journey and our sole intention was to perform Umrah, we tried not to let operational issues affect our focus, even though we did suffer some stress along the way.

From the very beginning, we were very clear about our visa status and requirements. Communication through chat was responsive, and our flights were booked the very next day, which we appreciated. However, the main frustration came from the delay in the visa application.
Our flight was scheduled for December 14, but we received our visas only on December 11. This caused significant anxiety. After the flight was booked, I had to follow up almost every day asking about the visa status. That uncertainty lasted nearly 15 days, and it was mentally exhausting. This delay was the biggest drawback of the entire experience.

Because we received our visas so late, it directly affected our ability to book a visit to Rawdah Mubarak through the Nusuk app, which requires a visa number for first-time booking. I managed to get a slot eventually, but my wife remained on the waiting list the entire time and could not visit Rawdah. This was a painful consequence of the visa delay, and something that truly mattered to us spiritually.

Another issue was related to hotel confirmation numbers. The hotels were booked through third-party providers (I believe most of the companies does), so we received the confirmation numbers at the last moment. While this is common practice, it can create unnecessary stress if anything goes wrong.

Additionally, I strongly feel that once a client commits, the agency should immediately provide basic Umrah guides, instructions, and preparation materials. We did not receive any such guidance, though it would be extremely helpful for pilgrims, especially first-timers.

Now, coming to the positive side.

The team genuinely listens to feedback and takes responsibility. Brother Rafay apologized multiple times for the visa delay, acknowledged the mistake, and assured us they would improve for future clients. I truly appreciated that honesty and intention. I even prayed for their success.

Talal bhai in Saudi Arabia was very responsive and well-organized. Transportation was arranged according to our schedule without issues. I must specially mention our driver, Gulzar uncle. He was punctual, knowledgeable, humble, and extremely professional. When he first contacted us, he even sent a video showing exactly how to exit the airport and find him (we eventually find him just after exiting the airport). He kept us updated at every step. May Allah bless him. He handled our entire transportation seamlessly, from Makkah airport pickup to hotel transfers, Makkah to Madinah, Madinah ziyarats, and finally Madinah to the airport.

Our Makkah ziyarah driver Farid was also polite and helpful. Emergency support, which I believe was handled by Brother Irtiza, was excellent as well. We contacted them at around 4 AM US time, and they responded immediately.

Both hotels were good, especially the Madinah hotel, which was only a 3-minute walk from Masjid an-Nabawi. We were able to attend every salah in congregation, which was truly a blessing.
In summary, the visa delay caused us real frustration and had lasting consequences, particularly missing the Rawdah visit for my wife. Apart from that issue, the team was supportive, responsive, and sincere in their service.

Despite the shortcomings, I do recommend Mustafa Travels for a spiritual journey, with the hope that they improve their visa processing and client preparation in the future.

We want to thank Sheraz at Mustafa Travels for coordinating a wonderful trip for us in such a short time. He has been a pleasure to work with; prompt, respectful and courteous, and was sure to adhere to each detail we requested in mind.

Last month I was searching endlessly for a reliable travel agency for Umrah since it was my first time going. Brother Sharaz was very professional and up to date from start to finished. Always keeping in touch to find out if everything is ok and going according to plan. This trip was in November it’s now March 2 months later and I have experienced a lot of ongoing with this company. As far as their Administration is concerned am not sure what is going on I have been trying for 2 months now to get back 75.00 that I took a taxi and cannot get it. They keep telling me that they had some issues which is normal. I can accept that but after the issue was resolved, they keep telling me today tomorrow today tomorrow today tomorrow and it’s the same thing over and over I gotta keep calling them and asking them and then they’ll tell me tomorrow next week whatever the deal is. So honestly speaking I’m giving my honest opinion. I like these brothers for the package they putting together and their price but anything other than that I will not trust them 100% I would not trust them.
