My wife bought this curved profiled watch from Kay Jewlers. I accidentally dropped the watch and broke the crystal, I took it back to Kays and they charged me 195.00 dollars to get it fixed, which I paid. 3 months later I got a phone call from Kays saying that the repairs will cost 1000.00. I told them that's more than what my wife paid for the watch. They sent it back and now I have a broke watch that it cost more to repair than to replace.

Adesso è impossibile trovare questo benedetto perno perché il perno da una parte è strettissimo cioè sottile e da l'altra è grosso. Alla Bulova nn ci sono contatti per parlare con qualcuno ho l'orologio inutilizzabile impratica soldi buttati volevo un orologio di pareggio e invece cos'è?sconsiglio vivamente l'acquisto di orologi Bulova per me sarà l'ultima volta

Spent a lot of money on a diving watch. Wore it in 4 feet of water and it leaked and broke. They told me that I would have to pay to get it fixed - apparently this company does not stand behind its own product.

I bought 2 Bulova sea king watches model 98b243 they both require batteries non of the local jewellers etc will change them contacted bulova/ citizen they say they don't have replacement parts for VINTAGE watches they have only lasted nearly 3years what a waste of money please do NOT buy these so called luxury watches I'm going to throw both where they were supposedly designed for in the sea useless watches even worse customers support

Comprato un aviator in crociera con tutti i documenti, dopo pochi mesi la cassa risulta scolorita. Inviato in assistenza, unico centro in Italia, Fanno di tutto per non riconoscere la garanzia ed inviare preventivi a pagamento e fare l'elaborazione a carico dei clienti. Una pratica scorrettissima. Da un marchio che si fa pagare tanto non se lo aspetterebbe nessuno.

I bought a Bulova Surveyor Classic 96A270 from a retailer in June 2024. The day I got it, it was broken. The retailer then sent it back to their factory in August, delayed because of the summer holidays, so that the watch could be repaired. It is now December 2024, and they still haven't fixed it.

I have been asking the retailer to keep writing to them for updates, and Bulova keeps saying it's delayed each time. Bulova hasn't even responded this month, even though the retailer wrote to them for another update.

In no way it takes this long for a factory in China to fix a watch. It borders a scam at this point.

Don't buy a product from Bulova before they start taking themself and their customers seriously.

Paying 350 USD for a watch for it to just sit some random place in China. Horrible experience...

I purchased a Bulova Lunar watch on 24/10/19. Since then I have had two mechanisms replaced (one delayed 6 months due to covid) and a major repair in feb 23. The watch has stopped working again (not battery) and they just don't want to know. I replaced a 30 year old seiko that never missed a beat. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. 4 Major repairs in less than 5 years is just a joke. Clearly something majorly wrong with a watch supposedly able to go to the moon and back - yeah right !

Don’t buy any of their @bulova watches! They have rude bad customer service and their warranty is a Joke! I bought the @bulova Sinatra “The Best is Yet to Come” I paid $1,250 two years ago! I use the watch only on special occasions kept it away from water was carful with the self winding watch. Out of no where the winding got stuck I didn’t want to touch I sent to bulova or citizen my watch still under three year warranty. I received email today they can’t repair because don’t have parts only thing they can do is give me 50% off on only some watch models but I can’t get same model 50% off any of the Joseph Bulova watches or I can’t any of the Sinatra watches like mine??? $1,250 on a Swiss watch down the drain!!! Only had watch for one year 1/2 safe your money! Don’t buy from @bulova they don’t care for their customers or honer the joke of three year warranty! When I bought my @tissot_official prx wow awesome customer service and honer my warranty on my watch and replace it!!! That’s what I call great service and care for their customers! 🙌

I bought a nice looking bulova watch at
sams club. The crystal fell off after just a year of wear. I was told the warranty did not cover this.

Don't waste your money on garbage bulova watches.

Just look at this brands reviews! I bought a leather men’s bracelet. The leather part deteriorated and eventually snapped. I tried to buy a replacement leather strap but spent weeks being asked for the watch reference number. I repeated on every response I sent that it was a bracelet and NOT a watch. Eventually after two weeks of daily chasing I was told sorry we do not sell the leather strap I need. Poor quality, the worst customer service. I will never buy this brand ever again. Be aware!

Had minor issues with my automatic watch that got worse and I sent it in for service. They fixed my watch and then alerted me it was shipped back to me. Two weeks later and they don’t know where it is, it was lost. I escalated this to Victor who told me I should be grateful because now I have a $575 store credit, and the watch was purchased on sale so I’m “coming out ahead”. Terrible customer service, they essentially stole my watch and refuse to send me a refund, even for the sale price I paid. Only offering as store credit. No thanks, I already suffered thru one defective watch.

Terrible customer support. I've been trying to phone to buy a new clasp for my watch and noone ever answer calls. Ever. I once spent 1.5 hours waiting in the queue or whatever, and gave up

I bought a 96A101 wrist watch and wore it for a few decades problem free... upon starting a job in carpentry I quickly discovered that the automatic aspect didn't like hammer action and the regulating wheel ceased to function thus the watch would not wind. I had it initially serviced at a local "mall" type store and they swapped the skeliton mechanism for a solid style one that not only was crooked but the hands lost ability to stay on the axle... shame on me. I then sent it direct to bulova and after months they sent an estimate I was ok with to replace the mechanism and restore the watch... problem was they wanted to put a solid mechanism into it (like the mall) Despite only using "genuine bulova parts" they couldn't source a skeliton mechanism and as this was the main reason I bought the watch I told them I refused to accept it back d they can simply scrap it. I won't e fooled again and pay additional money to deteriorate a decent product even further. I have other watches.

Silver earrings (32,95 euro) came from China and turned out to be plastic. Worth no more than half a euro.

After only one month and a half, scrathes appeared on the glass of my 98B302 bulova watch. I have had a tissot watch for 15 years, and that's never happened. I really don't know when/where/how I made these scratches, but I swear that I was very careful about my watch. Bulova watches are way too fragile, so think about it before buying one. More than 400€ gone.
