I was impressed that they cared so much about the quality that they worked with me on improving the image. Quality of the product is great too!

The service has been lacking with…

The service has been lacking with putting incorrect addresses and shipping to wrong locations. I only have 2 addresses I ship to in AZ and ID. This last one went to CA, not sure how or why but the rep who took the order over the phone put the address in. I also had signs shipped to ID and the rep ended up sending them to AZ. I understand mistakes get made but it seems like it happens more regularly than not. The reps did make it right but it is frustrating to say the least. And the plastic hardware kits are not very good quality especially if there is wind. I have had multiple clips break that I don't feel should break that easy.
