Is my order on the way or not?

I received an email saying my order had been delivered, but it hadn't. When I contacted you folks to ask about it, I found out that both parts of my order had been hung up waiting for review, only I'd never seen any emails to that effect. Your support person re-sent the preview request and I went and did that, and I have yet to receive either part of my order. I received an email that said it will be May 20. So an order I made over two weeks ago will be another week in coming. I needed those business cards and the new sign for the Mother's Day markets last weekend. As it is, I'm having to use some old business cards that have my old business name on them, but at least it's got my name and phone number.

And I recommended you to the people who have the booth next to me at the market and they've ordered signs from you. They got their signs pretty fast. I won't be recommending Banners on the Cheap any time soon, though.

Outstanding Customer Service and Design Support

I had an excellent experience working with the team at Banners On The Cheap. The representative assisting me with my artwork was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout the entire process. I had several revisions and questions regarding sizing, print quality, and formatting for large-scale signage, and they took the time to walk me through everything step by step without ever making me feel rushed.

What stood out most was their professionalism and willingness to help ensure the final product came out exactly the way I envisioned it. Their guidance on artwork setup, print specifications, and overall design adjustments was extremely valuable and saved me a lot of frustration.

The level of customer service I received honestly exceeded my expectations. It’s rare to find a company that combines affordability with genuinely helpful support and quality communication.
