My Agent was the best in the business

I love the products! Signs & banners. But... Shipping is lacking. I dont like to pay for sooner delivery & then still get it late. Doesn't make my customers happy. A date promised is a date I expect my product. Just Say'in

We were sent the wrong product and instead of providing a UPS shipping label for return and sending what we ordered, we must take pictures of the wrong product to prove we are not lying.

I always get my banners and promotional items through these folks.
They never disappoint.

It was easy to make a design, quick delivery and affordable

Rude phone assistant. Refused to let me talk to her supervisor. I called to add to my order 2 minutes after placing it. The phone witch said I can't add things and pay. She said I had to pay double shipping. She says I must cancel and start all over. I couldn't just add 4 more items I've already sketch out? "Wow! Not very customer friendly.

I order 600.00 worth of signage they printed one side upside down, Its been over 2 weeks adn no reprint was sent out, and no return call. They keep saying they haven't made a decision if they will reprint. Never had a problem before... If you're a small business get your signs elsewhere because build a sign could care less about you and your business...

Quick, easy, and affordable!

After a heated discussion and force additional charges, for wrong size “ glitch in system” on my first order. I am very disappointed. I had to reorder another sign due to an error on our end. The same occurred once again, the “glitch” in your system changed my order to a different size than requested. The process for correction is long and intense. Although I found your design and ordering process easy and a good choice for our high school program, this “glitch” in the system has caused significant delays, additional costs, undue stress and frustration, not to mention the time and energy wasted correcting the problem, our team has decided to look elsewhere for our future orders.

I have used them a long time however this last order the website and agent completely messed up. I waited over 30 min to speak to a manager who ultimately did nothing. I had to re-order. Now signs are late.. It's not the money it's the lack of professional. Sad.. they were my favorite. I'm not sure what's happening but it's not the same company I used to order with.

I did an order for signs using my template/colors/etc. and the background color did not print the pantone 151 as needed. I reached out to BuildASign.com and they told me exactly how to redo the order using their template/color choices/etc. which I did. I received the order with the background still be pantone 718 which is not correct. I have in writing from BuildASign.com that if I choose their color Hex #FF8200 - it would print pantone 151. It did not - it printed identical to my first order. I have called and left messages, talk to Jazzy - and they are not standing behind their problem at all. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Website has lots to offer but tools could be better/more user friendly. Had to resort to calling for design assistance. Representative was not very friendly, did not actually seem to listen to my needs, "lost" my design which I had saved multiple times and then she recreated it (but not exactly as I had painstakingly spent hours doing the night before). Had difficulty with the "flip side" of signs, stating that they will be upside down on one side. Lengthy calls, very frustrating experience overall. Lots of nuances to what happened that would take me a long time to explain again in this review. Hoping the order arrives in good shape but I will be reluctant to order again from Build a sign due to the difficulties with this order.

Prices are competitive, ship times are good. Quality of product is great. Service is quick.

After following their on screen directions, i reviewed my final product only to be contacted later by email that the QR codes i added when blown up to the correct size would be blurry. Understandable, so i responded offering to sharpen the images or resend them. I found out later they had already printed the blurry version and would not reprint for free. They somehow believe in my infinite wisdom would know all about image files and pixelation. I thought i hired them because they were the experts, so i wouldn't have to be. Don't use them if you can avoid it. No customer service, just finger pointing.

Did a great job very easy to work with very fast and great shipping.

Easy to design, quick to ship, quality is as expected.
