I initially had a very frustrating experience after ordering a cup that never arrived. Three weeks passed with no delivery, and limited communication. I was told someone was on leave and my order would be checked on, but I didn’t receive a follow-up. After sending multiple emails and expressing my concern more firmly, I began to worry, especially after reading similar reviews.

However, after my final email, someone from the team got back to me promptly. They were apologetic and explained there had been a mix-up, seemingly due to warehouse and stock issues compounded by personal leave. The item was no longer available, but they quickly issued a refund and took accountability for the delay.

While the initial lack of communication was disappointing, I appreciate that the situation was resolved and that they made an effort to put things right.

I placed a couple of orders with bubbaandme.co.uk and faced some issues initially, such as order cancellations and delayed deliveries. Although it was frustrating at first to not receive timely communication, I was glad to see the team took responsibility in resolving the problems. Once they were resolved, I was satisfied with the service, and the items, especially the Charlie crane saba chair, were delightful. Overall, there were a few hiccups, but they managed to handle them with appropriate follow-up.

I made an order in early October which I still have not received over a month later. Same excuses that I have now seen other reviewers write - that they moved warehouse and can't find the tracking number, blah blah...then no more replies. Total scam. I will be persuing this by all legal means until I receive a refund.

Product was great quality at best price around. Communication with Georgia was prompt. Excellent service all round.

There was an issue with a missing item but the customer service went above and beyond! Refunded the item plus extra money and added on top of it all even a discount code for the next purchase! 5 stars

I made an order mid-September. I still haven’t received the order neither the refund so far. I think it is wrong to keep the website operating if the seller cannot fulfil the orders. It looks like the seller failed to deliver customers’ orders for quite a while based on the recent reviews. It is also worth noting that the google business profile said that the business has permanently closed. However, on the website, you still can place orders and it looks like they are selling courses as well. I hope people check the reviews before checkout which is what I failed and I regretted not doing so. Here are what I experience:

- 13 emails sent and 5 emails received from the owner.

The excuses I got for not receiving the order:
1. Moving location
2. Warehouse messed up because the owner is on maternity leave.
3. Order has been shipped but not able to provide shipping reference.

When I asked refund, I was told that refund has been processed.
2. When I chased, I was told that I need to provide the last five digits of my card number because she needs to try manually. I felt annoyed but I did as I want to end this nightmare. However, I still haven’t received the refund yet.

Placed two orders. One got cancelled and refunded (after I contacted them asking where my order was) due to item being out of stock. The other one had one item missing. It’s been over a month and I am still trying to contact them to get it sent to me or process a refund - no answer so far.

They got good products and I received them very fast. They personally write you when some items are not on stock , they care about the clients now I’m one of the fans of Bubba&Me, I like buying things on their website.

My order was originally delayed due to damage in delivery but Georgia followed up and sent us the replacement immediately. Great service and the item itself (Charlie crane saba chair) is gorgeous. Our little one loves it.

Excellent scooter and helmet - my grandson was delighted!
Customer service was also excellent and although delivery was slightly delayed, I was kept very well informed and the scooter arrived in good time for Christmas - thank you!

I recently ordered a coat from here for my daughter. Unfortunately Royal mail lost my parcel but the customer service and communication was absolutely brilliant from pre ordering to arranging a refund. Would definitely order from the shop again.
