V is a fabulous yoga teacher, and also a lovely, caring person. She makes you feel very welcome, regardless of ability and I always feel thoroughly energised after class, regardless of how I felt when I arrived!
Her day retreats are an absolute treat. Great people, great food, great atmosphere and of course great yoga.

V is very much more than just a Yoga teacher .......I've really struggled over the past year and V and her classes/sound healing have really allowed me to look after myself better. Her classes are varied, comforting, challenging, fun and soul restoring. I feel out of sorts of I miss a week. 😍🙏 She's amazing💕

For a creaky mid 50’s woman starting her yoga journey I immediately felt in good hands with V, her guidance, explanations and encouragement are never ending. My balance, flexibility, stamina and confidence have grown over the last couple of years and I always look forward to the next class!

V is an amazing person inside and out – really patient, caring, mindful, knowledgeable, passionate, and compassionate person and those great qualities of her shine through her teachings.

I have learnt so much from V, and she has changed my life physically and mentally, all in a very good way and has played a big part in my overall better health and well-being.
I first met V back in 2021 to help me heal my frozen shoulder, and I’ve not looked back, it completely changed my mind on HOW > I look at Yoga, it benefits me, to look after myself, I think about myself, I feel about myself, I take care of my insides, and I listen to my body.

I regularly attend her Wednesday Online Rise Yoga sessions, which I love and always look forward to, they are always different, and she is mindful & knowledgeable of the special times of the month to provide us the Yoga movements that benefit us.
Occasionally, attend the day Retreats, thoughtfully planned out day covering different variations of Yoga, sound healing, includes a special guest to discuss Well-being products or Women Health topics or something fun like Chakra bead bracelet Workshop, and a well-balanced vegetarian/vegan lunch, vegan snacks, and hot drinks.
Recently, I attended the long weekend Retreat away in Avebury, and OMG it was the best time away for me personally, it provided me with so much healing, gratitude, and even more love for everything I do for myself. I surprised myself how far I have come in my Yoga practice.
V played a fantastic host and teacher. All carefully planned out for all abilities, different variations of Yoga, sound healing, well-balanced menu, vegan snacks and what a brilliantly sourced venue The Farm. The overall experience was amazing, therapeutic, fun, and I would attend again!

All of V’s sessions come highly recommended from me and once V is in your life, I believe it is fate and long lasting.
She has never made me feel out of place nor made me feel I don’t have the ability to do any of the movements – always provides alternatives and explains the movements.
Her personality is the best for Yoga, and a great teacher, her teachings and thoughtful Yoga classes are just perfect for anyone who wants to give Yoga a go.

So last weekend I attended V’s first “long weekend away” yoga retreat and I am still feeling the benefit! It was actually my 50th birthday present to myself and what a gift! :) It was an incredible experience and surpassed all my expectations. Over the last few years, I have attended V’s yoga classes at Kennet and 4 or 5 of her yoga day retreats at Westridge Studios which I always thoroughly enjoy. Each session, no matter how short or long, provides me with a grounding space and time for myself. The energy she brings to each class is unique, calming, honest and uplifting. V recognises us as individuals but also promotes the power and connection of the group. I love the work she is doing and I’m excited to be on the journey with her and all the other amazing people who attend her classes. V is really good at creating a community vibe which is so nurturing for people like myself who spend their lives supporting others. It allows us to return to our work, lives and duties fully refreshed and restored. Thank you V x PS the retreats are not just about yoga - we enjoy lots of other holistic activities too! It’s like receiving a really long warm hug from your favourite grandparent

I went on a yoga day retreat with V and it was brilliant. It was in a lovely space which V had decorated really nicely and it felt very calm and relaxing. The food was delicious and the sound bath at the end of the day was brilliant. It left me feeling really relaxed and calm. Would recommend.

The yoga retreat was absolutely amazing! The focus was a restoring day and I certainly felt restored! The whole was very well planned out and V had turned the studio into the cosiest, most welcoming space. I've also been going to V's yoga classes for about a year now and very much appreciate her inclusive and kind approach. Although I'm very much at the beginners stage, I never feel any pressure to do anything that doesn't feel right for me. I'm so glad I found V!

I've been working with Vee on a 1:1 basis for the past year now. She's a lovely person and a very talented, caring yoga teacher. The sessions are adapted to my level and the areas I want to focus on, but Vee also challenges me to stretch my potential and comfort zone, which I love!! I really enjoy the work we do together and I've been able to build my core strength considerably. Thank you Vee x

I attend V’s weekly yoga class and treat myself to one of her sound baths when able. It is the nicest gift I give myself. V is a beautiful, light-filled soul and makes every class a magical, nourishing experience. I absolutely love every minute on the mat. The classes are always welcoming, inclusive and supportive of each person’s ability. I’m so grateful to have found her!

The yoga day retreat was beyond my expectations. I left feeling mentally and physically nourished. I enjoyed every element of the day; they were all challenging and FUN. Great group of people and Veronika was truly inspirational. We are so lucky to have her in our community.

Put very simply V has changed my life. I was lucky enough to discover body balance during the first lock down which V was teaching via zoom and haven’t looked back I am so much stronger than I ever imagined I was. V is a wonderful teacher always taking the time to help and encourage and show you all the options, she has been with me every step of my yoga journey from scarcely being able to do a forward fold to crow pose and beyond. I do her online morning class each week and have attended her day retreat and am booked on another. Oh and her granola is delicious!

I have attended V's yoga classes for two years now. I feel like I have been on a journey of improved flexibility, skill and mindfulness. Even after back surgery V guided my through, at and outside of class, how to best approach yoga, with a huge amount of encouragement and guidance.

I would highly recommend these classes. You have to give V's classes a go. If you are new to yoga, I have watched V be kind and supportive to those starting their yoga journey.

And...V makes awesome granola!?! What more could you ask for!!

I love going to V's yoga class. She is friendly and welcoming from the start of class with a laugh to the end with a blessing. She is a great teacher who encourages and challenges you and makes it worth the effort 👌 💪 🙂 👏

I have been attending Veronica’s Gentle yoga most weeks since March, I always look forward to Thursdays.
Veronica’s class allows me to take time for myself and switch off from daily stresses and after I feel I am energised and calm. Veronica is an amazing yoga teacher, she demonstrates and explains everything well. She is fun, caring, kind and has the most relaxing voice ever.
