Boot camp is great you meet great people, it's nice to be outside doing excercise. It is varied each week we do different things and Angus pushes you and keeps you motivated. Has helped improve my fitness levels and I enjoy it even in the cold and dark 😀

Brownes is a superb boot camp with many weekly seesions and excellent instructors. The sessions are always different, challenging but achievable at any level. The boot camps are great fun and everyone who attends is friendly and it has become a social event as well as training. Highly recommended to everyone who wants to get fit, maintain your fitness or supplement your existing training.

I have trained with Angus weekly for over 5 years , which itself is a testament to the level of training. In the last three years Angus has adapted my training to suit my rheumatoid arthritis and after operation care. Which has helped my tremendously. Angus professional yet friendly demeanour is a great help in achieving goals.

I've done a little pt with Brownes and my son attends regular boot camp...so motivational and passionate for people that want to achieve healthly goals or life style Angus Browne is a real genuine people person and it shows in he's pt and boot camp .. Does a fantastic job.. Highly recommended.

I have been training with Angus now for 7 weeks and I've seen a rapid progression in my fitness. Not only that but I have lost one and a half stone in that time as well. Sessions are fun and never the same. Highly recommended.

A quality experience from start to finish. I usually work out alone but thought I would try the boot camp route. The training is brilliant and the instructors really know their stuff.

Angus has to be the toughest fitness coach / PT I have come across. He doesn't mess about. I went to Angus to work on my strength and endurance and he put me to the test the second we walked onto the pitch.

I train 5 - 6 days a week in a gym, weight lifting. So I thought I could handle Brownes 1 on 1 training. Needless to say I couldn't even finish!

This guy is so motivated and passionate about helping others fitness, he lives, breathes and sleeps Brownes Boot Camp. His ambition to his business is an inspiration to see and I would send my kids to his boot camp if I had any. He puts his heart and sole into his company and it is great to see a PT who actually cares as much as he does about his clients and their results!!

I never thought I would limit my Friday night pints in order to be up at 9am the next morning to exercise...but that's what Browne's Boot Camp has done to me. Not only do I feel physically stronger, leaner and slimmer, my attitude to exercise has completely changed thanks to Angus and his team. Halfway through a session I already feel better and it feels amazing. An absolutely brilliant find and because it's fun and friendly (but still challenging) I have stuck at it, which I don't think I would have done in the gym. Every time you feel you can't do it, Angus, Jack or Laura is there to give you firm encouragement to keep going. And it always works.

With someone as professional as Angus, with a dedication that is 10/10, who wouldn't want to use Bowne's Boot Camp. Well done Angus on a GOOD business.

Boot camps are always great fun and hard work.

Angus manages to continue to motivate without pushing it to far. He is also always willing to hang around for couple extra minutes for any questions.

Also great with sports massages, have one for my knee and back and would highly recommend. Great friendly and professional service.

Angus has brought BBC along way in the past few years... Bringing local community together through many kinds of different events.

The biggest achievement is BBC kids Bootcamp. This summer my child has throughly enjoyed going.

There is never a negative from Angus only positives!! When you take part in one of his sessions there is pure drive and motivation.

BBC promotes positive well being and takes you to your limits. On a one to one there is never a session that's the same!!

I have been coming to brownes bootcamp nearly a year now on a monday and thursday both angus and laura my trainers come up with different glasses and eqiupment every week and really push u to the limit to get the best out of u but in a professional and enjoyable way all the other members r all really freindly and they cater for all different standards of fitness best bootcamp going.😆

Brownes bootcamp is without a doubt the best bootcamp in Essex. Angus and his trainers are all so friendly and welcoming to the sessions it makes you want to go back even more. Nothing beats outdoor exercise and Brownes Boot Camp has a real community spirit that makes it that much more enjoyable. Angus is a great trainer and motivator, and I would happily recommend anyone to head over for a session!

Angus delivered a fantastic session to my children at Epping Tennis Club. This was specifically tailored to different ages and physical abilities. I've never seen my children work so hard on a Tennis Court and also have a smile on their faces.

Angus runs a very professional operation. I have never been so fit as I am now, and it is all due to Angus being able to make me work above my ability each time. Very hard especially at my age but definitely worth it.
