Also zur Erklärung vorab, ich habe am 31.03.26 einen Artikel bei Brownells gekauft und auch sofort, per Überweisung, bezahlt. In meiner Bestell Übersicht wird, bis heute " Zahlung ausstehend" angezeigt. Jetzt beginnt der Telefon Marathon, mehrmals wurde ich nach langer Wartezeit,durch freundliche....aber nicht kompetente, Mitarbeiter mit einem Rückruf vertröstet, ein Rückruf hat aber nicht stattgefunden. Auch auf mehrere Mails bekam ich keine Rückmeldung. Ich sehe mich gezwungen, den Vorgang an einen Rechtsanwalt zu übergeben. Auch wenn der Artikel irgendwann noch geliefert wird, werde ich in Zukunft woanders bestellen.

Per chi fa un ordine con questa gente...Dimenticatevi la consegna, spediscono quando vogliono ed in tempi da orrore! Statene alla larga, mai piu' acquistare da loro, cosa dire, sbagliando s'impara!! Oltretutto i prezzi da loro proposti si trovano anche in Italia ed in 2 giorni la merce ti arriva a casa, aggiungo che non si degnano neanche di risponderti anche perche' non saprebbero come giustificare i loro tempi di spedizione da incubo. MAI PIU!

I ordered a 12 Gauge Magazine Dent Raiser from Brownells. I received a metal rod in the package with no Dent Raiser. I contacted Brownells about the incomplete order by email. It took a few days to receive a response from them. I was advised that the incomplete 12 Gauge Magazine Dent Raiser was the last one in stock and they did not know when/if they would receive the back ordered item. I could await a back order or receive a refund if I shipped the item back. I replied I wished a refund and asked for shipping/return information as there was no packing slip shipped with the item and no return information. After a few days with no response I again emailed to request return information. I have yet to receive a response from Brownells after a week. I navigated the website and found a rather obscurely how to make a return. I filled out the information and found after I had indicated that the item was shipped incomplete that I would have to pay an additional $9.99 to return the item. Obviously, I did not do that as it seemed as adding insult to injury. I sent off another email to request another option as the reason for the return was no fault of mine other than ordering from Brownells in the first place. Over the years I have not shopped with Brownells due to poor inventory stock and high prices. Now I have discovered they have poor customer service and poor return procedures as well. To add insult to injury, I cannot find a 12 Gauge Magazine Dent Raiser anywhere else and a internet search still leads to Brownells website. It looks like I either donated to the cause awaiting a back order that won’t come or donate another $9.99 to return a useless metal rod in order to receive my refund. If I could rate Brownells one star, I would. None of this was a fault on my part, but I am paying for it. Don’t shop with Brownells, shop elsewhere or do without.

CHAT LINE says "WE're Sorry".....Primers back ordered to MARCH......have to have 'Supervisor' now approved the "No Hazmat Fee" thing THEN...I have to call and ASK for it ! Last Time I trust Brownells to be HONORABLE.

Just ordered a Burris scope from them. They had the lowest price. They had it shipped the following day and it arrived very quickly. Was packaged well and was just what I ordered. From the experience I had I would buy from them again.

I purchase from Brownells all the time. The prices are good and products are mostly in stock. Shipping is pretty quick too.

Habe Sachen bestellt, die eigentlich auf Lager liegen. Zwar in den USA, aber bei den heutigen Versandverbindungen eigentlich kein Problem. Habe die Ware sofort mit direkt Überweisung bezahlt. Nach 3 Tagen kam erst die Bestätigung, dass die Ware bezahlt ist. Danach ist Mal eine Woche nichts passiert. Dann würden die Teile in den USA erst versendet. Ich habe am 5. Dezember bestellt, sollte ein Weihnachtsgeschenk werden, jetzt ist der 26. Dezember und immer noch nichts erhalten. Auf Rücksprache wurde mir gesagt, dass sie Teile nur alle 2 Wochen aus den USA versenden. Ist eigentlich heutzutage sehr ungewöhnlich. Aus meinem Geschenk ist nichts geworden. Bin gespannt, wann Teile eintreffen. Aber wahrscheinlich erst im neuen Jahr, nach dem 8. Januar. Ich habe extra in Österreich bestellt, dass die Teile rechtzeitig da sind und wurde wieder einmal schwer enttäuscht. Mich wundert nicht, dass die Wirtschaft in Europa den Bach runter geht, wenn es die Chinesen schaffen Bestellungen innerhalb einer Woche zu liefern und wir in Europa mehrere Wochen benötigen. Ich kann nur abraten bei dieser Firma zu bestellen!!!

Absolite garbage, avoid at all costs. I bought a midwest industries forgrip, it was improperly listed on their website and wouldn't fit my rifle bc of it.

I reached out to brownells they told me I could pay to return it. When I pushed back that it was a an issue due to mistake on their website... they said they would investigate... then never heard back from them!!!

Hab zu jedem Bestellungs Vorgang eine Mail bekommen (Geld eingegangen-Rechnung- Ware verschickt)
Ware wurde schnell verschickt!
Und die bestellte Matrize funktionierte vollständig und wa heile!
Deswegen 100 Punkte!!!!

Wer nicht hören will muss fühlen...trotz der schlechten Bewertungen habe ich dort bestellt und bereue es zutiefst.

Ein an sich simpler Austausch von beim Versand beschädigten Produkten (5 von 6 Produkten kamen bereits beschädigt an) zieht sich nun seit mehr 6 Wochen, in denen mir zwar immer wieder die Lösung zugesagt wurde, doch passiert ist nichts. Versand sollte vor 7 Tagen erfolgen, und heute stellt sich raus, dass der Ersatz noch immer nicht erfolgte.

Es versteht sich von selbst, dass dies meine erste und letzte Bestellung war.

Ich kann mich vielen Google und Trustpilot Reviews nur anschließen.

Ein absolut unterirdischer Support, der seines gleichen sucht.

Erste und letzte Bestellung... das Thema wird dann wohl die Gerichte beschäftigen.

Bei der Bearbeitung einer Rücksendung wurde ein Teil übersehen und entsprechend nicht erstattet. Kann nur jedem empfehlen, bei Retouren Photos des Paketinhalts zu machen.

Schlechter Support, praktisch nicht vorhanden. Ware versendet doch nie erhalten da von DHL als beschädigt gemeldet. Keine Kullanz, kein Kunde ist König, kein Neuversand, keine Rückzahlung. Warte seit 3 Monaten auf die Ware bzw. das bestätigen der Verlustanzeige.

i just bought new foster ultra seating die and its faulty ya think they would give me credit for shiping cost to get sent to foster ....but no they screwed me ill never buy anything from the no service company agian....same on foster for leting out a bad seating die also that the bullet dosent fit there.measurements

Der mieseste Schuppen überhaupt mit unterirdischen Lieferzeiten und teils massiv überhöhten Preisen. Frechheit - dort bestelle ich nie wieder...!!!

I must say, my gun component took a few weeks from online order to my front door, but the stock did come from their US stock suppliers. Once it hit the UK though, it was really quick from ParcelForce. I am very pleased it finally did land at my front door. Many thanks
