Absolutely terrible experience with them. They sold me defective ammunition, refused to take it back. They kept trying to say it was a compatibility issue. I had to keep trying and they tried charging me 10% restocking fee and to pay for my own shipping. I tried to explain to the terrible customer associate that my state doesn’t allow you to ship ammunition yourself, you need a prepaid label. Terrible company to deal with

I am extremely pleased with my purchases from LG. First, their amazing you tube videos led me to their website. I searched and searched for good quality videos to explain the parts of an AR15 and most are terrible quality and assume you know a lot of things about guns already. Although I have a 38 and have practiced shooting with it several times, an AR15 is a whole new ballgame. Their videos are amazing and so helpful. Next, shopping LG’s website is much easier and user friendly because, again, things are organized in a way that makes it much easier to find what you are looking for if you aren't an ammunition expert. Incredibly fast shipping and extremely well packed products really just sealed the deal for me. I'll be buying all of my ammunition from luckygunner! Thank you for your quality videos and products!

Just received another order from LG. Very impressed. As usual, they packed and shipped my order the same day as I submitted it. This time, there was a major storm after it shipped. I was pretty sure it would be delayed, but no, it arrived on schedule at my doorstep, even with all the roads in the region (and especially my neighborhood) clogged with snow, ice and random vehicles. Really great service, including the shipping!

My order arrived just a short while ago and I am totally happy with the entire transaction and will return to order more shortly. Thank you for an excellent sale and delivery.

Here’s a company that stands behind its word. I ordered a case of ammo and it arrived on time, but it was missing four boxes. Upon inspection of the box, it was obvious that the box had been retaped. I contacted customer service and Chris got back to me right away. He asked me to send them pictures of all six sides, which I did. Shortly afterwards, I received a reply that a replacement shipment with four boxes were on its way. I received the box-free of shipping charges- a few days later. Here is a company with integrity.

Fan of Lucky Gunner through Chris' informative videos for years. Sadly haven't had a chance to buy ammo online from them until now. SUPERB SERVICE! There was a hiccup with the shipping carrier (LG not at fault!) but Rachel sorted it all out! My guns will be well fed for awhile. Brass is on the menu! Thank you again!

This company is a scam. I ordered a product, it was never shipped nor received and they refuse to refund.

i orderd 3 boxes of 300 win.mag ammo, what i got was 300 win. short mag,let them know what happened, they said send a picture of what you recieved,dont know anything about sending pictures, but the box was plainly marked 300 win. short mag, hell i know what a 300 win magis shot several hundred in the past.so now i have 3 boxes of the 300 short mag they didnt say anything about send them back and they would make it good.this store should be closed

I ordered 1000 rounds of 9mm 115 grain. The order was supposed to be for federal ammunition brass cased but instead i order Magtech steel cased. I called them the very next day which the order had not been shipped yet and they would not correct the issue. Instead of getting the bullets i want, im recieveing ammo I did not want. The customer service is horrible. They act like walking out to shipping is way too much in order to make a customer happy. Do not use them. You will not be satisfied.

I purchased 1000 rounds of 9 mm. When I got the email, I noticed it was just the projectiles. I called to cancel which they had not shipped it yet. They were still in possession of it and they refused to cancel the order stating it was too much of a pain to go out on the shipping dock And pull the box. There were no shipping labels created so it’s not on a shipping dock. They also refused to take returns. This is not a good way of dealing with customers and doing business.
