TalkTalk Gift Voucher
Sorted my overdue voucher claim from TalkTalk when I sent them the original email code confirming I had signed up to the deal in correct manner.
Voucher email arrived a week later and has been credited to My Amazon, Cheers.

I ordered Virgin M100 broadband which should and should have been emailed a £50 voucher after a couple of months. It never came and i thought it was going to be a nightmare to chase but these guys made it super easy and got it sorted within a few days. Great job, much appreciated!

Voucher redeemed with broadbandchoices assistance
I purchased M100 Fibre Broadband in April and didn't receive the £75 voucher after 120 days. I contacted the broadbandchoices customer service team. They were so helpful, they escalated my claim with the virgin broadband and AWIN. They provided updates on my case and after few weeks I received my £75 voucher.
I really appreciate Cerys Webb and Nicole Biddle for all their efforts in making this a reality.

M100 Fibre Broadband Voucher
I purchased M100 Fibre Broadband from Virgin media in April and was due to receive £75 Voucher after 120 days of purchase, but it didn't come.
I contacted Broadbandchoices via email and they promised to escalate my claim with AWIN and Virgin broadband. They were updating me all the way till I was reassured that my voucher has been approved.
I have now redeemed my voucher.
Thanks to Cerys Webbs and Nicole Biddle for all the step they took to make my voucher come through. Broadbandchoices Customer Service Team are really the best.

I initially had problems with regards claiming my voucher. However when Cerys from the customer service team took on the case she managed to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently, keeping me informed at each stage.

Incorrect cashback received. every week i send an email to customer service main email address but no one replies. Don't take those offers. You will lose out. I think they are hoping people give up or forget.

When we run voucher campaigns it takes up to 90 days days for TalkTalk Broadband to go through and validate every single sale and ensure each purchase followed the correct journey and met the terms and conditions to be eligible for the voucher. As per the terms and conditions when you signed up for the voucher, you should have received your voucher automatically after this 120 day validation period and this would have been sent to the email address used to sign up for it. Sometimes unfortunately sales do not track correctly and therefore are not automatically validated, this can be due to a number of reasons such as the use of Safari, ad-blockers enabled, using incognito browsing etc, which are unfortunately out of our control.
In these cases whereby sales have not tracked correctly, customers, such as yourself, come to us and we are able to manually raise these voucher queries with the provider in order for the provider to issue the owed voucher.
When we escalate claims like yours we send your details to TalkTalk Broadband and AWIN, the third party company who tracks all the journeys from our site. It can take some time for both parties to search their data to find your order and investigate why your voucher was not sent to you. We advise customers that this can take up to 20 working days in order to manage expectations but always keep customers up date and endeavour to get back to them as soon as possible.
Once a voucher is approved we then pass their details on to our 3rd party voucher provider, Giftcloud. They ask that we advise customers that vouchers can take up to 7 days to be issued, this is again in order to manage expectations at peak times.

Avoid at all costs!!! They offer vouchers which clearly they don't have. I ordered my broadband via the site and opted for this site instead of other comparison site due to the amazon voucher. 120 days for Vodafone £75 amazon voucher. I have emailed them numerous times and get generic responses and after checking the replies to this trust pilot they are issuing the same scripted generic response. I will be sending one last complaint before I got to the ombudsman for misleading and mis-selling what a joke of a company. My advice to this company would be don't over promise and under deliver.

Questionable voucher deals
I have purchased Fibre 65 Broadband package through broadbandchoices.co.uk in April 2021, primarily for the different reasons other than their £75 voucher deal plastered on the front of the offer, however since it was part of it, I thought it would be nice perk. The terms of the promotion stated that the voucher would be issued 90 days after the activation date 14/05/2021, the voucher should have been issued around 12/08/2021, and similarly to the experience of many others on here, you guessed it: voucher never arrived despite emailing their customer service at broadbandchoices.co.uk who did not even bothered to respond or otherwise acknowledge the receipt of my email. Needless to say, I won’t be using broadbandchoices.co.uk again purely due to the fact I do not appreciate being ignored and lied to. And dear broadbandcoices.co.uk; if you plan is to lure more customers to you by advertising fake deals, maybe state clearly that you offer a chance to win a voucher rather than something that is certain. This way you won’t be losing customers by disappointing them.
Update:
261 days now elapsed since my activation date and 81 days since their elaborate response to my original review. There is no doubt in my mind now that they are scamming their customers. I think I am just going to terminate my current service chosen through Broadbandchoices and choose my next broadband directly with the new supplier. If Broadbandchoices aren't willing honor their contracts why should the customers.

Pure incompetence.
This company….wow ‘’20 days’’ to find out if I was eligible for an offer that I provided both dates and a reference number for, 20 actual days, after 23 days (😂) they get in touch to say I was eligible and it could take another week, for some reason, after that week I got another email to say they’re going to investigate if I was eligible and this could take, you guessed it, 20 days.
I’ve never quite known what is either procrastination or pure incompetence on this kind of level, anything connected to this company, avoid at all costs.

In my experience with Broadbandchoices my issue was resolve with the results I was expected, many thanks to Cerys from Customer Service Team. Top Support.
I had issue with the incorrect amazon voucher given when taken community fibre broadband a few months ago, voucher arrived quick then I expected, but not in full amount as promised, contacted broadandchoicse customer service and Cerys was appoint for my issue to be resolved, it took awhile to get my query resolves due to 3rd party contact need to confirm the broadband package, but being patient and waiting the problem got resolved. Many thanks to Cerys and Broadbandchoice team.

Yep defo a scam !
Yep defo a scam ! I took the offer through a supposed healthcare staff offer and I have been ripped off !! They have confirmed weeks ago that I am now due an already over due Amazon voucher for an offer I purchased for virgin. However they have since stopped replying to my emails when attempting to chase the where about’s of my voucher up as weeks later after being promised it would be with me in 5 to 7 days I am still waiting ! Absolute scam and rip off !! I would avoid.

I waited for almost one year to receive…
I waited for almost one year to receive my voucher, they experience was my constant chasing. I still have not received it but it is promised. I am highly suspicious that this is a way that many promised cashback on purchase rewards are not claimed or take so long they are forgotten. Extremely poor service.
