Virgin are a bit of a pain but broadbandchoices helped us get the offer sorted!
Signed up for Virgin Media through broadbandchoices.co.uk after being motivated by the Amazon gift card offer, after waiting the alloted time, the gift card had not come through (which I believe is on Virgin's end and I do not hold this company responsible for the delay!) but Nicole from broadbandchoices.co.uk sorted this out for us no problem! Appreciate the customer support offered by broadbandchoices and would recommend them to friends and family :)

This company never replies to your emails.

I applied via £115 amazon voucher claim link for Community Fibre. After 100 days I received no Amazon voucher. Emailed their customer service, their customer service requested order number and date of purchase, I responded on the 17th November 2021 with the requested information. Sent numerous chaser emails, to this date not received a single reply. To me this is false advertising with false promises because I still have not received my £115 Amazon voucher.

Joined Virgin Media on 13th June still no Amazon Voucher!
Joined Virgin Media on 13th June 2021, via a deal on "compare the market". I emailed broadband choices when the order went through and was assured by them that after 120 days Broadband choices would issue a £75 Amazon voucher. Its now November and I've heard absolutely nothing from them. Emailed them yesterday and it appears I'll be waiting for another 5 days for them to resolve the issue.

Seems a lot of folks on here are having to chase those vouchers, doesn't it?
Update 8/12/21: After numerous verbatim responses (just like the same one below this review thats the same for every negative post on trustpilot!) I ventured onto the Virgin media community forum and surprise surprise its a common occurrence. Fortunately the forum moderators were able to resolve the issue and are sending me a cheque for £75 directly from Virgin! I suggest others having no luck with vouchers from these guys do the same thing.

We understand your frustrations and disappointment at not receiving your voucher automatically within the validation period.
When we run voucher campaigns it takes up to 120 days days for Virgin Broadband to go through and validate every single sale and ensure each purchase followed the correct journey and met the terms and conditions to be eligible for the voucher. As per the terms and conditions when you signed up for the voucher, you should have received your voucher automatically after this 120 day validation period and this would have been sent to the email address used to sign up for it. Sometimes unfortunately sales do not track correctly and therefore are not automatically validated, this can be due to a number of reasons such as the use of Safari, ad-blockers enabled, using incognito browsing etc, which are unfortunately out of our control.
In these cases whereby sales have not tracked correctly, customers, such as yourself, come to us and we are able to manually raise these voucher queries with the provider in order for the provider to issue the owed voucher.
When we escalate claims like yours we send your details to Virgin Broadband and AWIN, the third party company who tracks all the journeys from our site. It can take some time for both parties to search their data to find your order and investigate why your voucher was not sent to you. We advise customers that this can take up to 20 working days in order to manage expectations but always keep customers up date and endeavour to get back to them as soon as possible.
Once a voucher is approved we then pass their details on to our 3rd party voucher provider, Giftcloud. They ask that we advise customers that vouchers can take up to 7 days to be issued, this is again in order to manage expectations at peak times.
I hope this helps you to understand our process. We know it can be frustrating however we are doing everything we can to improve our journeys and remove the chance of sales not tracking wherever possible.

Superb customer service and a great deal
I signed up to Vodafone broadband via broandband choices with the promise of a £75 amazon voucher - a bonus as I would have signed up anyway.
I didn't receive my voucher automatically, but the support in getting my voucher was second to none. Polite, efficient, kept me updated and I got my voucher within a week.

Just to explain, when we run voucher campaigns it takes up to 120 days days for the provider to go through and validate every single sale and ensure each purchase followed the correct journey and met the terms and conditions to be eligible for the voucher. If you were not sent your voucher automatically this means either your order was not tracked properly (due to purchasing through Safari, adblockers not disabled, using incognito browsing etc) or because somewhere in the journey the T&Cs were not met. This could be due to if you purchased this deal in conjunction with another offer/voucher/cashback or if you did not purchase the correct package or cancelled the order etc.
As a price comparison service we do not have access to customer data therefore if there is a query around a voucher, for instance when it hasn't automatically been issued, we are required to ask customers for certain information in order to be able to escalate these claims.
Once the provider has confirmed you are eligible we can then send your voucher out to you.

Absolutely awful experience
Absolutely awful experience. Made an order for a broadband back in May and I was promised to receive £80 Amazon voucher within three months of the service going live. The service went live in mid May, and the voucher only just arrived today - mid November. In the meantime, they did not bother responding to my first two emails for over a month. Then they got back to me to confirm that I'm eligible for the voucher and that I will receive it within 7 working days. It took another month of chasing them and threatening them that I will report them for false advertising for them to eventually send the voucher. Didn't even bother to apologise. One of the worst companies I ever dealt with.

The vouchers are a lie.
Do we ever get our vouchers or are we just passed around the two teams before eventually we give up, it’s a con. I signed up in June, waited 120 days and now nothing. I’ve emailed multiple times but they say it’s Vodafone / gift cloud. I contact the others and they say it’s the other. Honestly make up your mind or take the offers down. I’ve warned people about this online as well as it’s basically not worth signing up because you won’t get anything. Next time I’ll go straight to Vodafone just so these scam artists don’t get the commission. It’s me doing all the hard work for no reward.
