Evri had a shipping problem with my order ( a busy time of year so understandable) however once I phoned Black Country metal works and spoke with Sue I received such fantastic service. She was so helpful and friendly and resolved the shipping mix up in minutes.

I then received my parcel the very next day despite it being the week of Christmas.

The British ironworks never fails to disappoint. Their Christmas decorations are beautiful and present ideas are fantastic.
They are great at supporting local community events by donating cream tea vouchers.

If you haven't visited the British Ironworks, you are missing out! I have been twice already and I am returning in January 2025! The recycled sculptures are breathtaking and the importance of reducing, reusing and recycling runs through the whole experience. Staff are welcoming and courteous, and the educational resources are fantastic. Highly recommended!

Well made, delightful cast iron sculptures. I got 3 as presents. The recycled nuts and bolts figure with wire hand in your heart gift amused the receiver. Who'd have thought that 5 screws and 4 nuts and a piece of wire can be an arty!
The hummingbird is also quirky using nuts, bottle and a resister.
The piece that awed us is the
"Perfect Balance." Beautiful Simple design for beautiful art. Wow

We had the best day at the ironworks. I didn’t know what to expect but was blown away by all the statues and the size of some of them! We had a great time doing the minion quiz and ticking off all the animals on our list with the kids. Would definitely recommend and will absolutely be back to visit again.

A great place to visit, and seems to grow every time we visit! Always good to catch up with our old friend the T-Rex that we carried up Snowdon all those years ago.. the things you do!

Absolutely wonderful experience! My family and I have visited the Ironworks a number of times, and every single visit has been super. Very reasonably priced, with a huge variety of things to encounter and enjoy. Genuinely can't recommend it enough- well worth the visit!

Great day out for everyone. The sculptures are amazing, with so much detail. We stayed for lunch and although it was very busy, we were served quickly and the staff were lovely.

I had visited many times before, and each time it was a fantastic day out filled with a variety of creative things to see and exciting activities to enjoy within the facilities. The café offered scrumptious food and delicious cakes, all served with a smile by the friendly staff.

I bought a post box from the British Ironwork Centre which was delivered very quickly, is beautifully made and looks great. I can recommend them and their products and the customer service was excellent.

Great place but it's not free £48 plus parking and it was a Thursday.

Great experience. Some lovely recycled items. Gave me a great idea to take the children in my class - hopefully they will enjoy as much as I did.

What a fabulous day out with my little boy. We enjoyed a gorgeous day as a family exploring the sculptures. My son particularly loved the spider man sculpture. Can’t wait to return soon!

Lovely food in the cafe the afternoon tea looked amazing. So much to see, can easily spend a full day there and still not see it all.
