British Supplements Arvostelua 3 595

I've spent £250 in the last three months with British supplements and whilst the supplements are fine and seem to do what they're they're supposed and delivery is usually a few days, the quality control is absolutely shocking. Out of 3 months purchasing from them I've never once had the full 30 days for each supplement I've paid for. Packets continue to have varied amounts in and not the 30 days which you pay for. I thought it may be me accidentally overtaking some supplements etc so locked them away in my office draw and added them week by week to a daily supplement tray to make sure they were measured out correctly and low and behold, after my last purchase I'm left with six tonkat Ali capsules zero magnesium 4 maca 12 ashwaganda and and 6 horny goat weed. These are all supposed to be 30 day supply yet I've got some left of some and others run completely out. This is the third month in a row this has happened. I'll see how I get on with my next purchase but already I'm out of pocket so may just look elsewhere.

I like the way the information is laid out on website. The concept is good and packaging and delivery met with expectations

This is the first and probably last time I will use this company. I ordered a double pack of supplements but only received one (paid for 2). I emailed them but have had no response. Not very impressed. Might have to do a charge back on my card 😫

I am very disappointed with this company I am talking about magnesium threonate and glycinate magnesium me and my partner and we have different issues and it’s happened when we start using this company. My partner has start half muscle pain and I start having a twitching eye. We talk to each other. Let’s try the other company we was using. Pure encapsulation and literally in one day we feel better my eyes stop twitching shame because this company is cheaper and I was looking for alternatives Unfortunately this company it’s a waste of money and me and my partner approve of this because if it’s one person I could think maybe it’s something else but we both didn’t feel no benefits of the magnesiums from them will literally start to feel bad and the moment we exchange for different one we improve ourselves in a day !!! Waste of money!!!

Apparently the reason that one ends up with yellow fingers when using their Tumeric product is caused by "excess powder from the capsules" and the Company recommend "use a spoon to remove the capsules and wiping away any loose powder with tissue".
All to take a pill !!

I've been using these supplements for years. Easily the best ones I've come across. The collagen for example, made a noticeable difference to my hair. The magnesium has really helped my sleep and my heart. Anyway I would highly recommend this company and will continue to use them for as long as I've got money to buy their products.

I have made many purchases from British Supplements over the 3-4 years, always believing their supplements were good quality.

I am no longer convinced the quality is as high as is claimed by BS because I contacted them to ask about their Certificate Of Analysis (COA) for their products, including Creatine, NMN & Tongkat Ali … and was advised they did not have any COAs for these, and many other supplements.

A COA validation should be provided for all supplements, especially where it is claimed by the seller that they are of the highest quality.

An independent lab should be used to validate high quality this purpose, in my opinion. Many other reputable supplement suppliers provide COAs for their products.

Do your research when purchasing supplements- I will not be be buying anything again from British Supplements.

I think this is a great company. I have just tried to get on the website. Norton is blocking it saying there is a trojan ScriptSNH-gen (tri). Please deal with this!
It may be someone doesn't like you and is trying to sabotage sales.

Terrible service recently , I have used this company numerous times and never had any issues up until recently . The delivery has become abysmal , if you rely on receiving your supplements in good time I would steer away from using this company and go elsewhere. I’m still awaiting on an update that’s not moved in over a week , I requested a refund and was refused twice … I was then advised if I hadn’t received my item by yesterday they would re ship despite asking for a refund numerous times but they can’t even up hold this and have gone silent. Sort it out 🤡.

This company is completely trustworthy and loves to share the truth and educate people an out how to help themselves without chemical crap the ‘system’ wants us hooked into.

I have bought multiple products at different times but late last year o was on the floor mentally physically and emotionally and ordered some vitamin D within a week I felt brighter and realised I had forgotten to look after myself.
I’ve bought mega mag, turmeric, collagen and much a moat recently.

My husband takes turmeric, he’s a chef and is on his feet all day and was very achy, he definitely feels better after taking these, he forgot for a month or so and complained about the aches and pains again!

I was getting brain fog after a very intense time and looked up Mucuna and again I felt the benefits very quickly. I do t feel half asleep all day.

The collagen I can’t say I can see or feel specific benefit but bought a 3 month supply and will see at the end but not everyone needs to take collagen so maybe it’s not something my body needs as much as other things, I’ll try msm instead if not.

I recommend this company to anyone I talk to about supplements to educate them on the rubbish they are actually taking if not these!!

Product arrived in an opened package, sent images and complained immediately; they refused my reship or refund request, apparently I must’ve done it myself with a sharp object! Like I’d bother with all the fuss for a £16 bag of supplements! Avoid!

Despite the overly-patriotic name, I try to buy all my supplements from here. I guess I believe it when he says they are clean and good quality! I have no evidence of this, but I like his straight-talking style and fair pricing.

Truly a privilege to have such a clean company in UK for supplements. Thank you British supplements! Honestly.

I like the products and have purchased for several years now but I am disappointed by the lack of customer service. I am also a business owner so ai know how it works. Purchased supplements and entered the right address but shopify changed it automatically which is a known problem but tried to reach out to the company straight away by chat or email to cancel the order and unfortunately they ignored my messages and just went ahead and fulfilled the order anyway. Very frustrating. Will go elsewhere from now on.

I had a cholesterol level of 6.3 last October 2025.
I began to take plant sterols and started cardiac workouts.
Although I cannot fully owe this to British Supplement Plant Sterols my cholesterol is now 4.5.
I definitely think these plant sterols have played a big part in my success.
Thanks British Supplements I will continue to purchase.

Regularly use these for all my families supplements, always speedy delivery and reasonable prices

I started using British Supplements early 2025, 2 of my sons, both health & fitness fanatics recommended them to me. I ordered collagen, berberine, tumeric, Boswellia, I took these supplements for 6 months, I ran out of them and decided to discontinue due to cost, I didn’t realise till 2 weeks after not taking them just how much they had worked, arthritic pain and swelling returned. I’ve now prioritised these supplements & just placed a 3 month stack order order of Tumeric, Berberine, collagen, D3 & K2 & Vit C. Love the new packaging I think it seals better. Reckon I’m a life long customer now, worth every penny to feel better, knowing you’re not consuming any fillers etc.

Update on my high dose Vitamin Supplements, had a blood test to check my vitamin D levels and my GP advised me my Vitamin D level is 173! 🤣 I may have to reduce my intake to 1 tablets every other day, well it shows these supplements work 👍🏽
