Their help and responses were very personal and intentional. Eased any anxiety I had with such an expensive and important purchase. They personally called a year later to follow-up and remind me of my insurance coverage for my engagement ring.

The ring came in quickly. I proposed last Friday and she loved it. We took the New Aurora with a carat round diamond. Trish was super helpful. Thanks a bunch.

If you can’t be bothered reading this whole review - here’s a summary: DO NOT ORDER FROM BRILLIANTEERS.

My fiancé (bless him, I didn’t know a lot about diamonds/rings myself until he proposed) didn’t read the fine print, totally common thing to do, and Brillianteers took full advantage of this.

They say it’s “Free shipping” - my partner had to pay $530 for the ring to be released from customs and delivered.

Their diamonds are “enhanced” - drilled into and filled with glass. Not something that holds value in Australia and also something that is obvious from eye - the ring was very white with very little sparkle.

I felt terrible enough explaining this to my partner, let alone asking for a different ring. I emailed brillianteers and asked to talk to them CONFIDENTIALLY about my options - instead, they called my fiancé straight away. Cheers guys - great start.

30 days had just passed, so they flat out refused to refund it. Pathetic considering it’s not a loss to them - but a huge loss to the customer. The best they could do is refund but keep a $1,200 cut, for nothing. Disgraceful.

So I was left with the option of an enhanced diamond or a lab diamond - I went down the lab path in hope that it would at least appear more sparkly and less obviously fake. I wanted the prongs made smaller - they couldn’t do this either.

I was told it could be returned to their “Sydney office” - had to pay $150 to post it there.

No word for a week, so I have to start chasing them.

Their “Sydney office” phone number directs you to an international call centre. Alarm bells.

Somebody overseas tells me it’ll be 2-3 business days. Hilarious because guess how long it took?
-6 WEEKS
-16 follow up emails
-6 phone calls to overseas people, basically gave up on ringing them.
-Spoke to over 8 different people - clearly being handballed around.

Finally the ring is returned. But guess what? It’s being sent from NYC again - so much for a “free service in Sydney”! And the icing on the cake - FedEx won’t clear customs without an invoice and payment.

Back on the phone/emails to yet another new representative from Brillianteers to be met with the same “we are following up on this” response over. And over. And over.

2 months of this whole ideal and the new ring finally arrives and guess what? It looks rubbish and is of significantly lower value. Leaving us $4K out of pocket for a ring we don’t like.

To summarise - a horrendous experience and I wouldn’t be surprised if the ring I’ve ended up with is a piece of glass.

STAY FAR AWAY - find somewhere local that actually cares about their customers :)

I got a lab diamond (oval) and it is absolutely beautiful. My now fiance is so in love with it. I used a finance option which was simple and it arrived super fast. I don't know if it's because of my location or not, but still. It cane with the certificate and a box. I did purchase a different box that was more to my preference, but the one it came with, was more than good. I'm really happy with the all around experience.

Ring looks even better in person. Great customer service; quick and fast replies. Fast shipment. Affordable prices. Thank you!

Placed an order before Christmas which was still supposedly on hold with the courier until early January. I have asked repeatedly for a refund and stated I no longer want the item. Despite promises on the website 'We commit to address your inquiries 24/7 and provide you with expert advice as promptly as possible.' They take days to respond or don't reply at all and in the meantime I am left £100s out of pocket with no end in sight.

I can't recommend Brillianteers highly enough. This was the best customer service experience of my life, and most importantly, the ring is absolutely beautiful. When I wanted some adjustments made after receiving it, their customer service team were so helpful and accommodating, and made all adjustments free of charge. I cannot believe I got such a stunning, diamond/platinum engagement ring for the price I did. You will not find better value anywhere. My fiancée adores her ring and I will definitely be shopping at Brillianteers again. 10/10.

At first I was a bit skeptical buying an engagement ring online, but I wasn’t finding anything locally that wowed me. After seeing positive reviews and an A+ BBB rating I gave it a shot. I bought the Velvet diamond engagement ring in white gold. It virtually took no time at all to receive the ring once I made my purchase. It looked 1000% more elegant and beautiful than I expected based on the picture online. I am very impressed. The ring looks FANTASTIC on my fiancé. Family & friends continue to compliment on the ring’s beauty and sparkle. Gabriel even called me to personally check on my satisfaction with the ring and it’s size. 100% recommend.

Everything went perfect with the order! I ordered it the Friday before Labor Day, and it showed up Wednesday after. I wasn’t expecting it in such a timely manner. The ring was beautiful! It looks way better in person than it did online! I’m still a month away from proposing, but she’s going to love it! I would definitely recommend them for your jewelry needs.

Without a doubt the best experience I've had shopping for anything. Gabriel helped me the entire time and went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. Very helpful and incredible deals. The shipping was insanely fast and the quality was beautiful on the ring that I purchased, I honestly couldn't be more satisfied with Brillianteers, I'd recommend them to anyone.

Easy to order, great service, great product.
FedEx is a joke though. The package required a signature and I received an email stating that the ring had been delivered and signed for though nobody was there. After racing home. The package was sitting on my porch. That could've been quite a score for some p.o.s. porch pirate.
