seems like bridgecrest doesnt know what they're doing.. the absolute worst company to deal with... every month i call to defer a payment and they tell me the same thing.. i dont qualify..
please stand clear horrible horrible company to deal with... the owner must really be in need of money

Bridgecrest repossessed my vehicle I paid $1700 to get the car back. I had to wait three days to get my car. and the people that they subcontractor repossessed, my vehicle stole my horn my airbag, and threw all of my belongers around my whole car, messed up my engine and then wanted me to pay for the car the car set for like a year in the driveway, then they came and took it

I purchased a vehicle little over a month ago. Made two payments and they repossessed it on the 15th stating I was late on the first payment. Now they want me to pay my full amount of the loan which is 33,000 dollars to get my truck back. I am absolutely reporting this to the BBB. CAN ANYONE HELP ON HOW TO PROCEED.

The absolute worst bank I have ever worked with. Their payment system never works. It's so frustrating. Then I get hit with fee's. Customer service is awful, I have only worked with them less than a year and I want to refinance to NOT work with them

I would give Bridgcrest a 0 this company is a scam they work with drivetime do not go to this car dealership you will get robbed. Bridgcrest is a financial company that has interest even when you pay on time. You will never pay your car off. Even when you pay on time you still will get a accumulation of interest everyday you do not pay. Highway robbery. Shame on you Eric the so called Preacher that work at drive time I trusted him he led me into a trap all of those sells people in Greensboro NC. They make it easy for you to get qualified they don't tell you the financial company Bridgcrest is a company a interest company everyday you don't pay it is $11.00 tacked on to your account daily until you make another payment. Even if you pay on time still interest tacked on. Devils I tell you. Stay away from this company. Go find your car somewhere else and stay away from Bridgcrest. I pray To God that President Trump will stop and shut down companies like Bridgecrest. Buyer beware.

🗣️DO NOT go with them had I known there APR for my Toyota was 22.59%!! I wouldn’t have gone with them. They have so many lawsuits against deception towards their consumers. ALWAYS read about these companies before going with them. I was tricked because I went through Carvana and didn’t pay attention to this outside lender.

This is crush for the company that lies about the deal that you had with the bank. Military check was late because of Spammers my payhecks were late because of scammers trying to change my direct deposit on bank account being locked down so they repo my truck. I’m disabled and the bank refused to talk to my disability attorneys and send letters that thry requested so my attorneys review all the facts from the bank because of my brain tumor and TBI from injuries while in the military, but they just wanted my truck so they can resell it and sue me for the Difference but wait till judge find out, and the bank refused to communicate with my Disability attorneys It’s another Crooked company that they referred them to scammers rip us off!! The BBS agreeed they need to be shut down

Wow i have been paying on this 2012 vehicle for 5 years, only owe 4k and have come on hard times, have a pregnant sick daughter who I have been staying home to help with her other 2 kids this economy is horrible can barely feed family and they come and repo for being behind on the last 4k!!! Awful company! no remorse. This car is paid off 5 times over by the super high interest I have paid over the 5 years on top of it they will send to auction in 5 days if i dont have the funds! May GOd have mercy on your soul!

Worst possible company to deal with. They have no managers allowed to assist you, leaving you to a “customer relations” line that can’t do much of anything. It took weeks of calls in order to get money back that was owed to me after my insurance gave them a full payouts. They actively are rude and uncommunicative. I would avoid this company at all costs.

I moved to Florida for work and needed the title transferred to the state to register my car and get tags. I sent in the paperwork, and they never responded. They claimed it never arrived, even though I had paperwork showing that the fax went through from the DMV. I called, and the representative gave me the wrong information, so I sent in the information a second time (not knowing the info was wrong). Three weeks later, I received an email saying they had denied my request and that the info they had told me to use was wrong. After a phone call to another representative, I sent in a 3rd request (precisely the same as the first, which was correct), and it took them a week to acknowledge they received it, and every check-in on progress was a waste of time. Their representatives were no help and refused to try. They refuse to acknowledge any mistakes, even when presented with evidence. Avoid them at all costs.

How long does it take bridgecrest to find out my car doesn't have insurance

I became a victim of identity theft and my accts were compromised over 7000 was taken . It’s been a yr and a half … I fell behind but always manage to make the minimum to avoid the repossession and I double up on payments .. Last tues 562.00 was due to avoid a repo I made the payment woke up and my car was gone .I called and was told yes mam the car was picked up your payment was short .10 … ten cents . Mind you they could have look on the ground and found a dime or opened the car door for 10 cents better yet just call me I would have made the payment .. I clicked on the payment option …calling Bridgecrest was no help the man on the line talked over me around me below me etc. … he said pay 2000 I said thank you. I called back 2 days later now it’s 4000 lol According to someone I know they said it could have been 2 cents they would have come. For the car
No ethics shady behaviors in this day and time. It’s sad

Bridgecrest doesn't even deserve one star! We used them to finance our Carvana purchase. One week ago we paid off the car, and poof our account was completely erased from their website. I called them this morning and after being hung up on after asking for a manager, I spoke to 3 more people and finally was told the title won't be sent out for 8 more days. When ask if they could overnight the title, they declined. Horrible customer service. DO NOT USE!

Incredibly incompetent company! Please don't use them as a lender! They can't resolve normal issues without giving you the run around. And if you used Carvana and they are your lender then be prepared to deal with Ally. Even worst combo together! It's a no for me, dawg!

Worst auto finance scam ever! Right along with Carvana as the worst auto scam for purchasing a vehicle. I filed bankruptcy and exempted my vehicle from the bankruptcy and yet they claim I filed bankruptcy on it! Dumb mfkr’s award goes to Bridgecrest for saying that I should speak to a lawyer about it yet the bankruptcy judge signed off on it as exempt and I am still making payments every month on it!

This company is incredibly incompetent. After speaking with them for weeks after paying off my car, they are still not releasing the title. Note- someone else bought my car and sent a check to pay off the loan. We checked with them before sending the check, and they confirmed this would be a valid way to close the account. Now, they "can't" send the title because the name on the check and my account are different. Every time I speak to them, I'm put on hold for 30 minutes and then they say they have to verify information with different departments. This then takes another week. Avoid this company at all costs if possible.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is one step above a complete scam company. I have a loan through them thanks to Carvana. Needless to say, I’ll be refinancing with someone else. The company failed to process my payment, despite me getting confirmation, then they charged me 15 dollars for not processing. The payment was never late and the funds were more than sufficient. The company is a joke, not to mention support is completely over seas and barely understandable. I can’t refinance quick enough to get away from this garbage company.

I had an awful experience with Bridgecrest, and I strongly urge everyone to steer clear of this company. They were hiding critical loan information from me, which is not only unethical but feels like outright theft. Their customer service is abysmal—rude representatives, long wait times, and absolutely no resolution to my issues. It's clear they have no regard for their customers and are only interested in squeezing every penny they can. This company is a disgrace and should be avoided at all costs. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable lender. If this is the only lender you qualify with, save yourself the trouble and don’t even purchase the vehicle. Carvana uses them for pre approvals but stay away. It was a hassle to change my due date, and the rate I got compared to people with similar credit profiles like mine was absurd. I am thrilled to no longer be a customer with them, and if you are still a customer and looking to get out, look for a refinance elsewhere.

This company is horrible let me put that 1st. Spoke to 3 people everyone had a different answer I called to move 1 payment to the back because we got hit really bad with Hurrican Beryl. 1st person - yes ma'am we can do that your car note is only 5 days late call back in 10 days, 2nd person hey you need to be 30 days behind in payment call back in 15 days I ask to speak to a supervisor call transferred to specialist she took my information very understanding called me back in 7 minutes no ma'am we cannot do that I asked how can I reach the criteria should I die. I have had this car for 4 years. This is absolutely insane
