Bridgecrest Arvostelua 

This company needs to update their practices. They have caused unnecessary delays after paying off the vehicle.

While they are happy to send you to the next level...they have a script that they recite and really don't try to address the issue.

Not something successful companies do. Most will try to work around any situation...I spent several phone calls and valuable time waiting on a revised statement...one that THEY could see, but wouldn't send to me (the customer).

I would stay away from this company...if that means staying away from Carvana too...then so be it. They have made this purchase very sour.

You've been warned.

Every payment, every conversation, every time is different. Payment amounts, late fees and transactions change regularly! If you don’t have good documentation, you will get cheated!!
Shady practices that get them more money every month!! Definitely a financial scam!!

I would give negative stars if I could.

Truly 0 stars. The interest rates are insane, and they approve people that they shouldn't. If you do get approved, and later have any kind of emergency - there are NO options. Health emergency? Death in the family? Car trouble? Absolutely no payment arrangements, no deferments, nothing. No help - they will call and text you several times a day, with no options, and no f***s given for your credit.

After paying off a loan I was removed from accessing my account online, the message displayed was "there is not account under this login."
I contacted customer service to request a way to see last payment, last statement, confirmation of payment, etc. and was informed that while I'm awaiting the payoff letter which could be up to 10 days there was NO WAY OTHER THAN THE CAR THAT I AM DRIVING AROUND IN to show proof of not only paying off over the past few years on time monthly any way to show this business relationship.
When asking to provide something in writing simply stating the policy that prevents them from connecting me to my account or Bridgecrest in any way while waiting I was informed that even a statement would take 24-48 business days.
Bridgecrest should not be in a position to ERASE a customer for even 1 day from proving a connection with them at any point from Day 1 of the business/financial relationship through the final day that the "Paid In Full" letter is sent out via email or snail mail.
I find this policy (which I have not seen) to be unacceptable. Understanding that the actual documentation of paying a loan is full is one thing but disconnecting a customer from proving any type of connection with Bridgecrest and any payment history whatsoever rates very poor on the part of this business.

Bridgecrest is simply a thief they’re overcharging me while it has to be 6%
My interest every month fluctuates while the explanation is the same “ it’s a daily interest that applies to this loan”

Customer reps dont listen to people, cant understand what most of them are saying and every detail you ask has to be referred to someone else and reconfirm everything and personal info 10 different times. By far the worst service I have ever received.

I would give them a negative 5 if I could. We financed our vehicle through Carvana. Then we start getting HARRASING calls from Bridgecrest. Had no idea who this company was. Our payment is due on the 10th. If you are a day late they begin calling you 5 or 6 times a day.I’ve never been more the 3 days past the 10th. I have good credit and I am irritated with Carvana for sending my loan to them. Buyer beware ask questions. I am getting our truck refinanced but now we have to pay new application fees, processing fees. What a racket Carvana has going on!!!! And. Bridgecrest can suck it!!! They are predictors lenders!!!!!!

From start to finish this was smooth and reassuring. The result matched what I hoped for and I would gladly use it again.

The worst loan company there is. If you experienced any hardship in your life, they will NOT work with you. You can barely understand anything their customer service agents say when trying to talk to them. They offer zero flexibility when you are trying to get your life back in track. Absolutely dehumanizing.

Pay off amount not accurate which causes delays in getting your title. Slow to remove account from credit check. Once you pay off the loan access to the site and all of your information is gone!

Checked the clasp and adjustment, both work. The projected image is faint unless the room is dark. That limits the appeal.

I paid my car off, and 3 weeks later I have not received my title. I have tried texting them (email is not an option), and no response. I have tried calling them, and the wait is longer than I'd have patience for. I can not recommend Bridgecrest.

Buyers beware. If you pay off your car loan and lose the title that they claim to have sent you they will not be able to send you a copy. Horrible business do not recommend

The worst company ever to finance a car.

I'm 3 years into my auto loan with Bridgecrest. Up to this point, I've never missed a payment. I lost my job in January 2026 and thanks to savings and unemployment, I was able to continue paying my car note until July 2026 when I ran out of money. I started driving for Uber while I looked for a new job and I preemptively asked Bridgecrest if they could help me by moving my late July payment to the end of my loan while I worked to get caught up. They declined. Then I asked for a payment arrangement, they were only willing to give me a week and asked me to tell them how much I could pay. I offered half and they said ok. The next day after the first half was paid, my phone started ringing with them threatening to take the car if I didn't pay the other half. By this point, I had found a new job so I made another arrangement to pay the other half budgeting so I could still pay my other bills. Unfortunately, I knew I would still be behind after making the second July payment. The next day after making the second payment, I get a phone call threatening to take the car again because now I'm 2 weeks behind. I still have to live, rent, utilities, food but they don't care. I told them I have a budget and a schedule to get myself caught up and that I'd be caught up by the end of September, but they don't care. I found out that Bridgecrest is Drivetime by another name. They found a way to prey on people who won't buy from their own lots. They've always been a predatory lender, and their threatening practices have never changed. It would be in your best interest if you can finance with any other company.

Worst auto lender. The Carvana app i used to pay my car payment "glitched" and took my payment twice. Called Bridgecrest and was told they couldn't cancel the payment even though it clearly showed up on their dashboard and they would send me an "E-check". Customer service rep was either lazy or clueless.

Does BRIDGECREST use starter interruptor devices if you’re behind on payments? I was 4 weeks behind, I went out to my car, it would not start. 3 days later my payment went through. That same night, I went out to my car, it started right up.
