Brick Slips Direct Arvostelua

Quick delivery, 1 item was missing from my order but I rang them and it was sent out next day. The slips look really good on the front of my house, has completely changed the look of my property. It looks that good that the neighbours have stopped talking to me 😁.

Excellent communication and service , just waiting for the bloody plasterer to turn up and I can order what I need from this well stocked company .

Bricks arrived in perfect condition and look great! The only snag was the delivery company did not send a text or email to advise when coming (as I had been advised) but luckily I was home when they turned up.

Very helpful advice, good communication and fast efficient service.

Good product, well delivered.

Just what we wanted so we’re going to order in bulk .

delivered on time but with eight bricks damaged but will still get used
thanks again.

I begrudgingly accept that I had to pay £75 delivery, but when it didn't arrive in 4 days and I had no confirmation about delivery, I had to chase. It will (hopefully) finally turn up over a week after the order, and for £75 delivery for a small order I would have expected a far better courier experience.

Very helpful, quick with samples, I quick delivery of final order. Nice to work with a company like this.

Great product, vey good delivery and communication.
Highly recommend

Excellent customer service, I’ll definitely use again if i ever require more brick slips. Highly recommend

Good price for what I had,
Delivery cost was very good compared to other similar businesses.
Packaging wasn't great but that could have been the courier..

When bricks were delivered, they were loose on top of the pallet never came in the box, like the other brick slips when fitted we waited three days then point in after that like they told me to . . The corner ones cracked about 15 of them out of 70 asked for a refund and got refused due to them being fitted

Wrong product delivered but nice staff on the phone trying to sort. 🤞🏽

Quick service and a nice polite follow up call
Cheers Russ
