Poor Customer Service / Delivery and Pre Shipping Inspection
1) They undertake to respond to message in a generous 1-2 business days , but simply ignore messages
2) They charge a lot for shipping which if the service is good I do not mind but on the contrary the service is abysmal and Brick Slips do not care.
3) Quality control on packing terrible , mortar bag undone and damaged , could not blame courier as the cling film on top had not been interfered with. Again silence from BSD as to whether this is acceptable.
Annoyingly their ignoring message will only lead to credit card dispute , I could do without the hassle

We are therefore concerned that this review may have been posted against the wrong company.
We take genuine customer feedback seriously and are always happy to resolve any issues. However, we are equally concerned about the impact of a 1-star review when we have no record of the transaction or experience described.

Great product and a reasonable price
Great product and a reasonable price. Let down by the pallet delivery service. The driver initially refused to unload because the address was on a hill. After a couple of phone calls, and some delay he unloaded.

Thank you for your review! We're really pleased to hear you're happy with the quality and value of our brick slips.
We're sorry that the delivery experience wasn't as straightforward as it should have been. Pallet deliveries to properties on hills or slopes can sometimes present challenges due to the equipment used by third-party delivery companies. However, we appreciate how frustrating this must have been, particularly with the initial refusal and subsequent delay.
We're pleased that the delivery was ultimately completed, and we'll take your feedback on board with our delivery partners to help improve the experience for future customers.
Thank you again for choosing Brick Slips Direct. We really appreciate your custom and hope you're delighted with your finished project!
Kind regards,
The Brick Slips Direct Team
