Ordered the Spark Nano 7 with the super…
Ordered the Spark Nano 7 with the super magnetic case. It said 2 day shipping and that accurate. When I got the product it was exactly as described. I had to reach out to support to find out what app to download and Czarmaine helped me in lightning speed. I’m very thankful for the quick support that offered via SMS. It wasn’t charged but it charging now. As soon as I plugged it in it immediately located itself on gps and that was verified by me downloading and logging into the app BPS:GPS TRACKING. So far so good. It has located directly at my house and seems to be charging accordingly.

I I hadn’t forgotten how to reboot and restart the Odyssey unit so I contacted Brickhouse security. Czarmaine was quick to response. Follow me through step-by-step to get my unit up and running and about a minute and a half there was no pressure or anxiety throughout this process.
