Ordered items, not dispatched after a month, sent multiple online forms, tried calling them, didn't hear a thing until I sent an email saying I would be requesting a chargeback from my bank. They then said the order was cancelled with no reason given. No refund has been issued. Avoid.

Before ordering i had sent this company several emails enquiring about their items. I didn't receive a response. Perhaps that was the red flag I shouldn't have ignored. However i decided to go ahead and purchase. Everything seemed OK, order processing and delivery were swift. Upon taking delivery of the item and inspecting it, there was visible damage to the box which should not be there. The items are described as brand new unless otherwise stated, which in this case they were not. Ive returned the item and a refund has been issued thankfully.

All good and exactly what my son wanted for his birthday. Had a small issue with delivery time but customer services were prompt to reply and it arrived on the day . Will use again and was the cheapest place for the Lego lambo I could see online .

Have an item missing from my order, tried to contact the company numerous times and by all digital methods available, without success or response.
