Brentberkeley is NOT a brand I would recommend. Very poor customer service & no payment back received after my parcel was returned 8 weeks ago !!! How can this still be possible to have un-professional players like them !

I have been shaving with the Brent Berkeley safety razor for 5 years now. I use it under the shower and it’s still solid!

I ordered a signatur straight razor. when it came, I inspected whit my 30x microscope, and I could se rust on the edge. I manage to hone some of it off, but I need to finde some way together it all off. I think it is very low quality. but the razor it self looks amazing, that is why bought it, and that is why I want try save it. the 2 starts is for the amazing look and feel of it. and the second thing is. the edge is not straight, there is some wubble to it, so when you hone, you have to pres in the middle on one side, and the toe and heel on the other side.
would I buy again... well not after thise exemple I have received. maybe I am unlucky, who nows. but I will try to look else where, not worth it.

The quality is perfectly fine for the average user, it has lasted me all these years and it is still fine. (You do have to maintenance them obviously) so i cant complain on that.

My brother has always been jealous of my razor so i decided to buy him one for his birthday, this time directly from brentberkeley.com

The package has not arrived, they said they would contact GLS after i filled in the form they've sent me.

They decided not to keep me in the loop and seem to now ignore me, succesfully scamming me out of +- €180

Very disappointed to receive this kind of customer service - the quality however would receive (judging by my own razor) 3-3.5 stars. Customer support is a huge quality for me and seeing how they are treating this situation makes me consider Thiers Issard if i ever need a new razor or need a gift for anyone.

Men is nu wel snel met reageren op emails. Maar mijn order ruim 160 euro is nog steeds niet verzonden. Ik koop hier nooit meer uiteraard.

Bought the signature razor, brush and silver shaving bowel. Great product but for UK customers beware for £135 of products I had to pay £42 duty. There was no mention of this on check out . I was disappointed as I had done a Uk cut throat search .

I have ordered an expensive set of items, and after two months I still have not received it. I tried many many times to reach out, and a response always took on average two weeks. They do not take any responsibility for failures in the shipment process and avoids dealing with these problems by ghosting the customers.

I guess if the shipment is succesful on the first time, then you can enjoy the products. However, when something goes wrong, do not expect to receive the items that you paid for.

Brent Berkeley heeft een mooie fancy website, waar het lijkt alsof ze producten van een hele hoge kwaliteit verkopen. Dit valt wel tegen.
Het scheermes wat ik kocht deed het goed, maar voor de prijs had ik wel wat meer dan goed verwacht.
