Most infuriating people ever to deal with.they have not delivered the strawberry robot to my address and insist its been delivered.only offering a 35%refund.i asked for full refund or in fact a replacement item sent.no more strawberry robots in warehouse was told.then between messages there were significant times of waiting for response.id never buy anything from yesreader again. I ordered such a strawberry robot a long time ago, but I have not received anything. I had to pay fifty euros and shipping costs. There is no response to email. Don't buy anything from these scammers!
I ordered the straw bot robot. I had many delivery schedules and then a delivered email. They said it was delivered on what was a Sunday by the date. I emailed and got a reply from a Jennifer who told me to check the local post office who told me the tracking number was false. Complete scammers. Do not by from this company. Never saw my order.

I ordered the robot strawberry, and after more than a month I received notice it was delivered. I'm home, and we have an alarm system that notifies us when we have a package delivered. So I wrote and e-mail to the company asking about it, since I DIDN'T receive it. They told me to check lock boxes in my area and check with the local post office. I wrote back saying there are no drop boxes anywhere around, and that the post office said that their tracking number didn't exist! Wrote back nearly 3-weeks ago, and was told in a reply that they would have to check it and they would let me know soon> Three weeks ago! I wrotet again asking if they were just another fraud outfit, and still have not heard a word. Inexcusable!! Don't waste your money there.
I want to give less than one star, total rip off company . Tell friends and neighbours so they can’t steal anymore.
Complete scam. Sends mail that packet has been sent. Eventually sends tracking showing parcel to be delivered?! Tracking info proves to be totally made-up.

I ordered merchandise from yesreader 2 times and each time I recieved false tracking information and ultimately never did receive the products I ordered. They are a complete scam. Do not use them.
Did not receive my order. Yesreader maintained that it had been delivered and cut me off. This is a scam company, do NOT use, you will lose your money. I rate it zero stars,nasty company.

No product received..even though emails were replied to ,no communication on the whereabouts of said parcel ,it was me always chasing up ..in the end an offer of a partial refund which would require giving them my bank details ..beware and do some research..from me staying away and never again
These guys are part of the plaque - they are a lousy bunch of scammers! They take more money than you agreed to pay and then never deliver any goods!
Stolen my money.
Sent me an email saying delivered when it wasn’t.
Then asked to check my neighbours.
I’ve asked for proof of delivery and they’ve said go to the post office!
Now they won’t return any of my emails!
