Great service! Marelys really cares about her customers personally!

When I walked into the store, I already had a specific product in mind and didn’t think I needed any assistance. Marelys approached me with a warm, genuine willingness to help, without being pushy. Her friendly attitude made me feel comfortable enough to ask for her advice, and I’m really glad I did. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me realize that my original choice wasn’t actually the best fit for my needs. Thanks to her excellent customer service, I left with a much better solution than I would have chosen on my own.

I browsed selections on the Brandsmart USA website and added the item I wanted to my cart. When I attempted to checkout my cart, the item disappeared from my cart and then completely disappeared from the website.

Mr. Disomma could not explain why this happened, but he searched for and found an acceptable alternative that was not advertised on the website.

In the future, I'll not waste my time browsing the website. I'll call Mr. Disomma. I recommend that you replace your website support staff with people who are competent.

DO NOT PURCHASE HERE THE WARRANTY IS HORSE SHIT ESPECIALLY IN THE ATLANTA AREA STORES THE PROTECTALL WARRANTY IS GARBAGE AND THE PROTECTION SERVICE PROVIDER IS LOCATED IN MIRMAR FLORIDA not the surrounding Atlanta areas So that means no service to warranty providers that third party contractors ended last year around the same time I purchased the property under a false warranty promise that providers in Atlanta GEORGIA were local and only take a day or two to set up a service provider it has been 30 days no call from anyone yet alone an actual service provider and the Protectall company keep referring me to the MIRMAR Florida office as though it is local and that field office is 9 hours away from Atlanta Georgia I feel like I have been duped and robbed of a $4000.00 purchase for the LG Thin Q refrigerator and I would have definitely purchased from a different company if I had known that the warranty is fraud and fake I urge anyone who is in the same position I am to reach out and let’s join forces to flood the BBB with complaints and hopefully an attorney is willing to step in for a class action lawsuit against these scammers and robbers the government has allowed the cost of living crisis to go on too long now businesses are robbing the American hard working families blind yes I have filed more than one claim and spoken with several representatives in customer service warranty department and still I can’t get one Supervisor name or email contact details and every time the representative says I should hear back from them in 3-5 days and it never happens for a solution this is causing me more mental anguish and extra money thrown out in the hundreds when my food defrosted in the freezer but the warranty company doesn’t care and could careless about the customer their goal is to just get you off the phone and tell you anything necessary to get that phone call closed out take the WARNING DO Not PURCHASE From BRANDSMART if you live in Georgia the Atlanta stores

When I decided to switch to a different in-stock package, they made the process smooth and stress free. I really appreciated how patient and accommodating they were during the whole process.

I had a disappointing experience with BrandSmart USA’s eBay store.

I found an LG M3 OLED listed for approximately $1,400 and reached out to confirm details before making my purchase. After expressing my intent to buy and asking questions about delivery timing and included accessories, the price suddenly increased by nearly $300 the next day.

When I asked if they would honor the previous price, I was simply told that “prices on eBay fluctuate all the time” and that they could not match the price from the day before.

While I understand that prices can change, it’s frustrating when a significant price increase happens immediately after a customer shows serious purchase intent and is actively communicating with the seller. There was no attempt to work with me, offer a partial accommodation, or provide any meaningful explanation beyond a generic response.

The experience left me feeling like I was penalized for taking the time to ask questions before making a purchase.

Buyers should be aware that pricing may change quickly and that previously advertised prices may not be honored, even if you are actively engaged with the seller and preparing to complete the transaction.
