Amazing customer service! Tim was incredibly helpful with my rush order making the overall process very simple and easy!

Best promo website out there!!

Peter was so helpful guiding me through the different imprint options available on the wristbands and he also gave me a great deal on the stadium cups when bundled with my order.

Fast shipping too! Thanks a lot Brandnex team!

The tattoos were great! The kids loved them.
Ordering from the website was a problem though, I had to try 4 times before it finally went through (I kept getting error messages not related to internet), I was afraid that I was going to get charged for more than one and I never got a confirmation, so I called the next day at opening to make sure, and all was good.

AK, Tim, and the rest of the BrandNex are exceptional. Did our first large order with them about 4 years ago and now 4 years later, they still deliver great customized customer service. Although we don't put in orders regularly, we can trust the team at BrandNex to deliver quality and consistency when we do.
Thanks again guys!

Tim at BrandNex was absolutely SUPERB! I called late on a Friday afternoon making a last-minute request for a large order of buttons I needed on that Sunday (2 days!). He was so accommodating, professional, and communicative!. Everyone loved the buttons and we got them right on time! We will definitely be using them for future branding materials! Thanks, Tim!

Great customer service got me exactly what I needed and communicated whenever I emailed! Definitely will use again!

I have used Brandnex a few times now and they were great. Orders arrived quickly and looked great.
Customer service has been very helpful as well.

Excellent customer service, they took care of my order as fast as I needed it. Great quality wristbands. Very impressive quality. Morgan is great!

I was skeptical at first when placing an order online. However, once I spoke with Tim about what I was wanting, I realized that I was dealing with a top notch group. Very professional and easy to get a hold of. I highly recommend.

Fast service and very friendly customer service. Will definitely do business with them again.

I got 300 wristbands with a quick 2 day turn around as promised! The color was slight off but the quality was great and they came through much faster than any other company could make happen. Thanks!

I have been working with Tim Johnson, in Customer Service, and he has gone the extra mile to assist me in my order today. I could not have done it without him. What an asset to your company!

Good product and service. Thanks!

Absolutely phenomenal team for your custom needs. Several years ago I had a custom silicone wrist band made with my husband's daughter's personal handwriting and message engraved into it and he absolutely loved them. He wore/wears them every single day ❤️. Unfortunately he lost his black one this year on father's day, so I reached out to brandnex for help. I knew they did an amazing job already so I trust them and they even have the original proof with his daughter's handwriting still on file! Tim Johnson and the team at brandnex have gone above and beyond to help me replace the wrist band, and with plenty of backups just in case! 😊 I would recommend anyone looking for custom gifts to brandnex!!

I placed an order for custom temporary tattoos for my child’s birthday party. They came out great and all the kids loved them! Thanks for your help Tim. You were professional and helpful with making my decision easier. Will definitely use them again!

Excellent customer service and problem solving to help us meet our group deadline! Thank you BrandNex!

Trash customer service... Don't use this company unless you plan on having something a year in advance... they are very slow to ship and a waste of money.

The service is so bad I couldn't even place an order. I work for a school and attempted to get information of how to proceed since I would be submitting a Purchase Order, but to date I have not heard back from anyone. This has been ongoing since 8/24/18 and when I call the 855-352-7263 I only get the voicmail and have left multiple messages. I have emailed and chatten with someone who took my information and said he'd have someone reach me. At this point I will be looking elsewhere to place my order since they can't even return a simple phone call/email.
