our charity bought 100 shirts. They were quickly printed and shipped WRONG. They were printed DTF. I ordered DTG. Delivered on April 1. Numerous contacts with support over the last 23 days. I was told on april 6th that my order was being fixed, not to worry. On april 24th i'm told i need to ship the incorrect orders back for them to reprint my shirts. I told them on APRIL 1st i would gladly ship them back if they supplied a label. No label ever sent. April 6th told everything is fine. April 6th asked to send pictures AFTER i was told i had nothing to worry about. Pictures sent. No reply. Looks like we are stuck with the incorrect shirts. They originally offered my money back on april 6th, however i have no faith they will do that at this point. We are a small charity and they have now stolen over $500 from us and don't seem to be interested in fixing the issue AFTER THEY TOLD ME IT'S BEING FIXED. It's been a nightmare. Our event is in 1 week and we have crap we did not order. Avoid this company like the plague!

Service started out great with speedy delivery. BUT, the quality was horrible with the print peeling off the shirts after a single wash. Sent them pictures of several of the shirts and agreed it was a printing defect. After MONTHS of emails and phone calls the final decision after being promised this would be taken care of was for me to ship them all back and would redo. That's a bit difficult when these shirts were sold to customers on a Caribbean island. How do I get back 80 shirts from the customers around the world (would have to pay more to have 80 shirts shipped back to me and reship them a new one). Always promised a call from the head manager and he could NEVER be bothered to call me. Will never consider buying from them again and so should you!!!

The first two times I ordered from them, the service was honest and the products were good, but the third time was completely different. They ruined all of my shirt designs & the prints came out much smaller than the proof I approved, making them look awful. On top of that, they never sent the tote bags I paid for and still refuse to refund me.

Their customer service has been terrible. They ignored my attempts to resolve the issues and treated me horribly. They even brought up internal job drama, like who they fired, which is completely unprofessional and irrelevant to me as a customer.

I was a loyal customer, but they clearly don’t care. I ended up with badly printed shirts, missing items, and now I have to fight with my bank to try to get my money back. Avoid this company!!! bad service, poor quality, and no accountability.

It is easy to write a good review when things go right, but when a company makes a mistake, that's when you see what their service really is at the core.
We ordered T Shirts at a great price from Swagify with a short turn-around. The shirts arrived 4 days before our event but they weren't bagged and tagged as we ordered. I reached out and spoke with Jaylan who sent me an overnight return label on Monday. I shipped the box to them and just received the order back bagged and tagged. It's Wednesday!!

I recently ordered some custom beverage napkins for an event I have coming up. The order process was easy and they had me a proof the very next day! I dealt with Dan and he made the whole process easy and efficient. If I could give Swagify a million stars I would! I would highly recommend them and will most def return for anything I need customized. You’re in great hands dealing with Swagify!!

We just Started a New Business and we were worried reaching out to anyone for shirts for our new brand, but Swagify Knocked it out of the park for us in such a easy order process and for a great price! We were worried for nothing, will be using them again 👍

Ordered 100 shirts which cost over $500 with no additional print changes and they are horrible! I ordered $1,500 worth of sweatshirts at the same time, well over a month ago for an event this weekend and they have not arrived. I have spoken, emailed and texted with at least 3 representatives and have received empty promises from all of them. I am so disappointed.

Crystal went above and beyond to assist me in getting my order and in a timely manner . My shirts came and were perfect! I would highly recommend swagify!

We had a hiccup in the beginning which push back my delivery date. I spoke with Crystal in the Support department and she assured me my shirts would arrive in time — AND THEY DID!!!!!!!!!!

Great pricing, fantastic customer service, and excellent turnaround times. If you have a small business or a band, and you need merch, don't go anywhere else. And if you get to work with Eric, that's a double win.

This company DOES NOT stand behind their products or workmanship, other than to offer a 10% discount on the next order. I ordered and paid (in full in advance of receipt) almost 300 shirts after we went back and forth with artwork which was finally approved and costing in excess $6k. The artwork was not applied to the shirts either straight (level) or plumb, nor spaced properly / centered on both the front and back of the shirts. When I made mention of these workmanship issues to CUSTOMER SERVICE, I was asked to take photos and submit … which I did (a representation of several shirts and workmanship complaints) NOT every shirt. The response was sorry but here’s a 10% discount on your next order! My response? Why would I order again from a company whose workmanship is so bad I could use any of the products I ordered in the first instance? I sent back the shirts to customer service … I refused to promote my business with poorly made products.
