Website is not compatible wery well with the phone some buttons not working when on the phone or small laptop.

Every picture i wanted i could easily find it and the website was so easy to use.

They made it easy to for me to print my children’s school picture

Because the charges is high for not ordering online within the time frame.

Very poor and rude customer service, called to order two class photos for two children, they want to charge £4 each seperatly postage and packaging when both addressed to the same address. Would not add two orders to be delivered to the school for free for beeing 5-6hours late. I doubt it they've processed the whole school orders in one morning so not to be able to add more orders.

Good experience. Ordering online process is very easy. I ordered school photos 12x8 photo for my children, unmounted.. the price should be okay if they also offer mount for that size as well..otherwise good experience overall.

Tooo expensive! If I had a choice should never order from them!

I've ordered from here before.
If you order by certain date you can have it delivered free of charge to school, even if you have gone beyond cut of date you can still order and have it delivered to home address but you have to pay for that.
Been ordering school photos for years and never had a problem with the service.

Last year class photo not received even though was paid twice as ordered twice 😕 emailed and still nothing 😕

website is very confusing, which one is digital, hardcopy?

Prices seem a little much. But always got what Iv orderd so happy.

Love the photo of my daughter. Had to call with a query but was answered quickly. Would recommend
