Bradleys The Jewellers Arvostelua 

I visited Bradley’s in Northallerton yesterday with a broken watch strap. The lady spent a long time searching for the right part and very professionally fixed the strap. She didn’t charge me anything despite spending at least 20 minutes fixing my watch. What a lovely lady and very professional service. I would recommend this shop 100 %.

I dropped in to the store on Barkers Arcade, Northallerton, North Yorkshire.
I asked if it was possible for them to carry out a reshape on my very misshapen wedding ring.
Without question they corrected it to a perfectly round shape and also polished it for me.

Martine and her colleague were so engaging that we spent sometime chatting.

Such pleasant people and and wonderful location.

I am so glad I chose this jewelry store to buy a gift bracelet for my friend's birthday. The bracelet was exquisite, the special packaging added a lovely touch, and the fast delivery made it even more convenient.

I had a lovely experience buying a ring recently. The ladies in the Northallerton store listened carefully to my brief and made suggestions, encouraging me to look at and try rings that might work for what I wanted. I take a larger size so not many of the rings in the shop fitted straight away so they helped me by talking through how they would look once enlarged and the different characteristics of each how they matched my skin tone, and finger shape etc. Ring sizing was an easy process and then having a ring ordered and delivered to fit me took very little time at all. I would recommend them for their friendly, down-to-earth and personalised but professional approach.

Went to the Northallerton store today with my elderly mother to get a clasp on a necklace fixed. The ladies in the store couldn't have been more helpful. They took a great deal of time to make sure that she could manage to open the clasp we chose and to make sure she was happy. I wouldn't hesitate to go back again for any future repairs.

Visited the Northallerton store this morning after admiring apiece of jewellery in their window. I explained that I had only come to dream but would like to try a few pieces. This was no problem both Andrea and Carol were helpful but not pushy. They allowed me to try on several rings several times (as unbelievably they all fit). Thank you for a great shopping experience ladies. It paid off because I ended up purchasing a beautiful ring.

2 carat Diamond was loose, took it here to get repaired., it went away for 2-3 weeks when it came back it looked great, however after a few weeks it fell out.

Took it back again, the excuse was some of the other claws need replacing, off it went again, however after another 2-3 weeks it fell out again.

Fortunately we found it both times.

I’ll never shop here again

Customer service from Martine was outstanding. The shop did not stock what I was looking for but Martine was exceptionally helpful and personable, tracking down a suitable item at a different Jewellers! With this level of service, I will definitely make Bradley's my first port of call for any future jewellery purchases.

Avoid this company to avoid disappointment and heartbreak! Bought a 3 carat diamond solitaire valued £39000. Diamond ‘fell out’ twice within 2 years- my fault apparently even though I previously had a 2carat ring for 30 years with no issue whatsoever….really???? Thankfully I found it at home both times but now really scared to wear it for obvious reasons. Would not buy anything from this company ever again and would definitely NOT recommend.

Very poor. Bought expensive ring. Was a problem with the prongs holding jewels in so I complained, and they had it in to fix. 18 months later the stone fell out so I took it in. Weeks later they rang to say they wouldn't fix it without a charge of significantly more than the original cost. Apparently stones fall out of their rings very often and they don't repair. Avoid buying here very poor service

I recently purchased a new watch from here. The whole experience was great, in particular one of their sales managers Jane - nothing was too much trouble, including providing me with a new strap free of charge! It was a great experience and I will be back for my next purchase!

Bradleys,York. Very helpful on the day. Owner, stated she was an expert in sourcing gold chains and agreed to order a suitable neck chain as desired spec. for a gold pendant I bought at another family unassociated branch. I was informed it would be received within a couple of days. Six months+ later, still not heard or received any notification or receipt of chain samples promised.

Really helpful when buying gifts. Wife is always so happy with what I’ve got from here for her

Ordered pre-owned relax online then with finance, all approved and deposit paid. No contact for over a week whilst I was constantly chasing via email, chat and phone. Then order cancelled without any notice!

Absolutely devastated as I have now incurred a new hard search on my credit report for absolutely nothing and now probably wont be able to apply anywhere else because of this!

I never leave reviews but I had a fantastic experience and thought it would share.

Called in with my partner one Saturday morning without an appointment and we were seen to promptly. Jane was excellent showing us our options and offering good advice.

We agreed on both rings with my partners needing to be made to suit her engagement ring. We were given a price, paid and two weeks later the rings were ready.

Great communication, fantastic product and the staff couldn't have done more.

Keep up the good work guys and you've definitely got a returning customer.

We visited Bradley's of York again and were greeted with the same warm and friendliness that we received since visiting last November. Lisa served us and nothing was too much trouble for her to make us feel so special. The other members of staff that were working were just as friendly and helpful. I was looking for a new chain but they hadn't got any that fitted my requirements so with the help of a catalogue from one of their suppliers I found the one I was looking for. As they had to order the chain and we don't live near York they were happy to post it out to me. Who could ask for better service???? Brilliant

They helped me choose a beautiful platinum wedding band. And while I was there Diane took my engagement and eternity rings and cleaned them for me free of charge. And I hadn’t even bought my ring by then.
