Bradleys The Jewellers Arvostelua 

We went into the Northallerton store yesterday to have some links added into a watch and we received the most wonderful service from the two ladies inside. They couldn't have been more helpful and it was a pleasure to while away some time in store. We will absolutely return!

I visited Bradleys today to reshape some rings that had been misshaped under sad circumstances and the ladies were very warm/friendly and very understanding. The rings were shaped and cleaned with care and such attention. I can’t thank the ladies enough for their sensitivity and kindness.

I decided I would like a special piece of jewellery to celebrate soon becoming 70 years old and I decided to visit Bradley’s Jewellers in Northallerton. They have two shops. One on the High Street and another in an arcade. With two shops there was a lot of choice. I visited both shops and the shop assistant was sooo helpful. She introduced herself as Lesley. She ascertained what sort of thing I was considering. She was so accommodating and made some recommendations. I tried on lots of pieces including some which were twice my budget just to see what suited me. I was offered a tea during my exciting shopping experience. Lesley explained a lot about the quality of the diamonds and also about the wearability of yellow and white gold and platinum. I am so thrilled and will definitely be returning. I had complete confidence in Bradley’s staff and would definitely recommend a visit. It felt like I was the only customer and it didn’t matter how long I took I wasn’t rushed or pressured in any way. Lesley is like having your own personal shopper.

Zero correspondence from Bradley’s (the seller). Item late to arrive and not fit for purpose. Item returned. Zero correspondence. Payment card credited

Online buyer beware! Watches on their website do not appear to exist. I have twice had orders confirmed and payments taken. The first order was cancelled by Bradley’s and the money refunded. I have had to chase the second order and after 10 days was finally informed that they can’t find the watch and that they have just refunded my purchase. The significant amount of money has not been refunded and I have had no confirmation that the order has been cancelled. The watch was an 18th birthday present for my son and I now have little time to find an alternative. Very poor service by Bradley’s and incredibly frustrating. I do not trust or recommend this company.

I was served by a lovely gentleman called George i took in a necklace what was my late mothers to have the chain extended they matched the necklace to the original chain ,he was very compassionate excellent customer service and kind he was outstanding i could not thank him enough.well done George

I had an ongoing problem with my wedding ring following an accident a few years back, I could not take my ring off and it was getting tight to wear comfortably. I tried for several weeks to take it off, using YouTube hacks etc, nothing worked. So, I visited Northallerton Bradley’s and told my tale of woe. The two lovely ladies there were kindness and consideration itself. I explained that I had been trying for weeks with no success, but team Bradley refused to quit and they were reluctant to cut my ring off due to the patterning. So, out came the hand cream and after approximately 20 minutes of gentle manipulation and massage (with no pain at all) and one of the team distracting me with conversation, my beloved ring finally came off. A massive vote of thanks to the ladies concerned. I now have to wait 4 weeks, to allow my finger to settle. Then I can get finger measured and my wedding ring resized. I will not go anywhere else for this. The service from greeting, to departing was simply first class. Friendly, welcoming, smiling and totally professional with outstanding customer care. We have multiple experiences of shopping with Bradley’s, both for my engagement ring in York, then our wedding bands and bridesmaids gifts in Northallerton. The care and attention of the staff have made each experience enjoyable. They listened attentively to what we wanted and delivered options to consider, with no expectation of a sale or pressure to buy. A special shout out to Martine in Northallerton, who has been nothing short of delightful. Everyone we have dealt with has been invested in our wedding and we have been left with lovely memories of a special time.

This time it was my Lorus watch that had stopped working!
One of my children took it to Timpson's for a replacement battery only to be told that the watch was faulty, not to be put off I took it straight to Bradleys and yet again it was sorted by Martine. What a star she is, I can't thank her and the team enough. Absolutely brilliant service once again.

I visited Bradley’s in Northallerton with a watch that needed altering and a chain the needed fixing. The lady spent a long time cleaning up the chain as it was very dirty from having been in the sea. She did a very professional job with both the watch and the chain. She didn’t charge me anything as she said that times are tough around Christmas time, this meant the world to me as these were for my boyfriend and they have a lot of sentimental value to him. Both ladies in the shop were lovely and very professional. I would recommend this shop 100 %.

After wandering around York for a couple of hours I stumbled across the Bradley's Jewellers shop in Low Petergate. I was amazed at the beautiful jewellery on display both outside and inside the store. I was looking for an eternity ring for my wifes birthday , and to say that the staff were friendly and helpful is an understatement ! A very helpful young lady showed me an amazing selection, and was very understanding that I did not know my wifes size.I purchased a beautiful ring that I showed my wife that night, and of course I got the wrong size, but the helpful ladies in the store told me to bring it back if required with her engagment ring and it would be sized correctly and sent to my home, in Weston-Super-Mare (240 miles away) within three weeks. Six days later the shop manager phoned to tell me it was ready and checked the delivery address. My wife is over the moon with the ring and I cannot thank all the staff for their help and fantastic service in the purchase. My wife is planning her next trip to York and I have been told we shall be visiting Bradley's again ! Thank you ladies.
