Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service - I got a call from Bradford Stalker letting me know the item was ready to be shipped, to check it would be convenient to ship immediately, and when to expect it.
Delivery was super fast and the item as described was in perfect condition.

Innacurate Product Description?

I ordered a Brattonsound RD5 extra-deep gun safe, to replace my current GDK safe which I had recently outgrown. Ordering and delivery were quick and efficient but I was disappointed to find that the safe I received differed unfavourably in a number of key areas from than that pictured/outlined in the product description. I understand that product features may be flattered in a written description but any image provided should be an accurate reflection of the item on offer - sadly not in this case.

Although the delivery took longer than they’d initially said, they chased the supplier and provided regular updates on progress. Great customer service!

Good honest old fashioned service

This was a return visit for me after buying a scope from the company last year. The advice and knowledge was first rate, on both occasions. My order was placed at 4pm and arrived in the next morning post. Now, that's service.
