Blackwood Outdoors Arvostelua

Ok whilst taking your money but good luck if you need to return your item.
No communication at all from them whatsoever had to make a claim through PayPal !! Beware
Won’t ever buy from them again . I’m done

Ordered night vision camera,quick delivery,
good product but found awkward and painful to use, owing to my arthritic hands and fingers.Informed Blackwood Ltd, said they were on holiday, they suggested a different product and sort when they got back. Brilliant service , I sent first camera back , couple of days got new one,so pleased with design and controls . Also received a refund, the difference between the two products. Great service, no faults ,
thank you.

Absolutely over the moon, as usual by the service received from Ian and his staff !.
Always friendly, and VERY fast service.
This is why I keep going back.
Thank you once again.

Fantastic service from Blackwood Outdoors. I ordered 5 boxes of Zan slugs in preparation for getting a slug barrel for my BRK Ghost and received them in less than 24hrs, superbly packaged.

Prompt delivery as expected.

Just had a conversation with the owner of the company with ref to an item missing from my order.
A misunderstanding on my part. Problem has been rectified and I have been assured I will receive it next week.
It's refreshing to see a company that will engage explain and solve the issue even when I was mainly at fault.
Excellent service highly recommend.
Thank you.
