Always been happy with this company and its products

I purchased the BougeRV Rocky 69QT Dual Zone 12V Portable Fridge to use on my boat. The order arrived at my home in less than 2 weeks. Unfortunately the box appeared to have been dropped at some point and, upon unpackaging the fridge, there was damage to the unit.
I contacted the customer support advising them of the damage. The next day I was asked to take photos of the packaging and the damage. Upon receipt of the photos customer service contacted me and advised that they would replace the fridge. The order was processed that day and the new fridge arrived within a week with no damage.
Although I have not had the opportunity to use the fridge yet, the response from BougeRV and their customer support was outstanding.

I'm the owner of a sprinter 2024, and I have been building my van with products from BougeRV. from solar panels all the way to inverter, cables and outdoor appliances. I only have one Victron distributor in between. After two years, all I have is positive experience with BougeRV. from purchasing to customer service, it has been a very satisfying experience.

I have procured other products and had very good experience. This was the first time I experienced a problem with a product but the communication with the service group went very well.

I hooked up a low voltage cut off to my hybrid vehicle 12 volt battery lasts for two days without driving vehicle
I personally leave fridge in cargo area voltage cut off turns back on when voltage i set is reached so fridge is always cold but might not be running between low voltage on battery which is not long since vehicle is drove often

Bouge RV has an ever-increasing offering of pretty innovative and cool gear. They keep getting respectable reviews all over YouTube. Everything I have ordered so far has not disappointed and I feel like I received solid value for my money. I have most of their lights and some of their solar equipment. Not bad for a company I had not heard of a couple years ago. Love that it is based in North America, and Made in Canada is the same as Made in the USA...still relatively local in the grand scheme and our parents all party together in Florida. Keep it up!

Product as advertised and arrived on time

Everything in the fridge stayed cold with no issues during a 5 day camping trip.

We purchased the BougeRV Portable Coffee Maker With 144Wh Battery. Was very excited until first try. VERY slow, I could sip two cups of coffee before one is done brewing with this thing. Battery only last, fully charged to make one cup so for us two people, we cannot enjoy a cup of coffee together. BougeRV does not sell the battery so we can't have two to change out. Does not fill the small cups we have all the way. If you want a full cup (8oz) you have to run it twice, but you have to wait for the battery to recharge, they your half a cup is cold. Love this idea, but definitely not worth the high price, in my opinion.

The little refrigerator that was delivered was exactly as described and the battery pack is excellent with a much longer run time than expected
