Hi, firstly I own a few of BougeRv products. They have all served me well. My latest purchased about 1 month ago was the BougeRV GC660 Electric Utility Garden Cart. So far this is one of the best carts ever. And the fact that it's electric makes a world of difference. I have certain disabilities, and this cart has gotten me back into the outdoors. Still haven’t received my fridge lid almost two months later.

I bought two 200W solar panels and a MPPT controller. Everything shipped quickly and was received in good condition. Products were as advertised and of good quality. Installation and setup was straight forward. I was pleased with the entire process.

It was an RMA purchase, initial unit wouldn't charge and they replaced it after a few questions. Thanks!

A CIGS solar panel came damaged, in less than a day and few email Bougerv's Team resolved the problem sending me a new one, 5 stars well earned.

I purchased the refrigerator/freezer and the solar panels. Didn't know i needed a converter to use the solar panels with the refrigerator/freezer. But I do enjoy the refrigerator/ freezer when I can use it plugged in to the car

Not buying ice

Was damaged in delivery and they made it really easy to get a replacement. Product works great for the value.

I was very pleasantly surprised not only the quality of the product, but also customer service. Easy online ordering, shipping was fast, and product arrived perfectly.

Don't go to amazon to get the cheap china made product. Go to bougerv to get the very nicely made product!

What a disappointment. I paid for a solar charge controller. FedEx at various times claimed that it had been delivered; later they claimed the package hadn’t even been given to them. In both cases, I was denied a refund. BougeRV lied about delivery and later lied that they had refunded me. This is stunningly poor performance.

The customer service was outstanding! I ordered the wrong cooler and Wenny helped me through the entire return an reorder process. I HIGHLY recommend this company and will be purchasing from then again!

The CRD2 fridge is a mid-tier fridge at a budget price. I opted for this unit as my first fridge as not to break the bank and become familiar with longer overland stays. The sale price was an added bones and with redundant systems such as battery backup and solar charging capabilities, you can't go wrong. My questions were answered by the service department in a timely manner by a real person who was eager to help. Can't ask for more than that.

i have used the 19 qt cooler several times for keeping groceries cool and also as a supplementary freezer for ice packs and such. i elected to get the base model without the battery. i found a separate power unit that, although larger, had more input and output options (solar, 120 v, dc) for not much more cost . on eco mode the unit cools down to 38 F quickly as well as to 20 F freezing . i noticed that at temps lower than about 38, some contents had ice . satisfactory so far .
